The staff were super friendly and helpful, location was good and the hot tub and pool were clean andwell maintained. Only one restaurant on site with a limited menu. Accessing the hotel via the driveway is only one way which makes it dangerous for people being dropped off because cards are backing down the one way so they don’t have to pay to access the parking lot to get out. Vending machines were practically empty and housekeeping needs a little more attention. I personally did not like the fact that the hotel charged my credit card over $1600 as a deposit when my room was fully paid for months prior to my stay.

Great hotel with an excellent location within walking distance to all of downtown.

The hotel is very nice. Had a harbor view room. However the second night we were there was a grad celebration. Very noisy all night. Doors right next to us slamming all night. People in the halls all night. Did not get any sleep. Parking lot was full and even though we as hotel guests paid for parking there was no room to park. Should have even informed of this event happening.

The location was great! Staff was super friendly especially all the staff in the lounge! Front desk was very quick to fix a small issue we had! Only thing we were dissatisfied with was the vending machines not being filled but small thing and we would absolutely recommend and return!!

Very well situated in downtown St. John's, walking distance to everything! Friendly staff, plenty of amenities, and an amazing restaurant The Bivver. Will definitely revisit!

Loved the hotel. It was clean, room clean, staff were very polite and helpful. We were disappointed in the mattress and pillows as both were uncomfortable for both myself and my spouse.

A good location, the hotel was clean and the bed was comfortable. Unfortunately, my TV didn’t work, but the TV in the room next to me worked because I heard everything coming out of it through the paper thin walls all night. Loud corridors and the fridge in the room was loud in operation. The breakfast choices were very limited for people with dietary restrictions. I’m celiac, and they couldn’t offer gluten-free bread. I ordered a vegetarian omelette for breakfast, which came with chunks of pork sausage sausages inside.

We had a great stay, I always request a room on a higher floor because our daughter loves to look out at wherever we are staying & they were great, put us on the top floor with the best view! The room was beautiful & the people that checked us in & out were lovely! Highly recommend & will for sure stay again!
