It is clean and safe. At one time this was the place to be in St John's. It was an experience with great dining, night life and entertainment. Now its just a place to stay with mediocre service.

Friendly staff, especially housekeeping. Prompt elevator. Close to amenities.

Great staff

I was there for five nights, during my stay nobody changes the bed sheets!!!! Also, for one of the days, I wanted to have the breakfast and they said it’s fully booked and after 25 mins waiting, I could have the breakfast at the hotel restaurant (I believe that the guests have to be their priority)

Very clean

Housekeeping did not tend to our room overnight. Returned and no beds were made, no towels or toiletries were restocked. When I called the concierge, they stated all housekeeping was finished for the day.

Beautiful property however I reserved a king room and was put into a queen, I did get transferred but then only one key card worked and the gate to leave the parking lot didn’t work so I had to wait to get let out by staff

Nothing wrong with the hotel itself, rooms are dated but other than that we had a bad experience with management. No one informed us you needed to book an area in the hotel in order to take photos there. There should be signs stating hotel guests aren’t allowed to take photos of themselves on their own personal device without a fee. Also a friendly approach would have been greatly appreciated. Won’t be back. You already pay to stay at the hotel and to park your vehicle there then you have to pay to take a few pictures inside the hotel as well. Ridiculous.

great stay. Room clean and excellent location for walking to points of interest !

There was hair on the "clean" towels. Stains in the carpet. Definitely not the hotel it used to be.

Pool

There were disturbances one night that eventually required the police to be called. Bar was overpriced, a glass of wine was over $20.00 when I could have bought the bottle loyally for $13.00.

Had a junior suite which was very spacious. Service was very good. The room, although slightly dated, was super clean and very comfortable. Had everything we needed. This will be a go-to property from ow on for us.

Hotel was quiet and clean , the bed was terrible . Spent 2 nights on a hard bed that was so hard on the back . Other then that it was a good stay .
