Best pool in a hotel (warm and clean). Room was clean but no microwave. Overall great experience. Convenient to downtown and staff were absolutely great.

You should check the condition of the iron before using. It immediately burned a hole in a shirt from an existing sticky clue like substance that was on the iron and upon informing the hotel reception of the issue they said they would replace the shirt. After buying a replacement and issuing a receipt for it as per their request they did not. Reason: they googled the shirt from brand label and said it was not to be ironed. How unfortunate, because this same brand of shirts have been ironed at home and on travels many times.

Great view of the harbour, quiet and clean rooms, close to downtown very good stay overall. Pre Paid for the breakfast was not impressed with it unfortunately, was a very typical continental breakfast but was a bit overpriced for what you get.

Hot Tub was awesome !!

The staff at the front desk were lovely and accommodating. I was annoyed the room was 300$ a night, and i was then charged an additional $25!! For parking. During our stay we wanted to swim and hot tub. There was a wedding happening that evening and we had to walk through the wedding party, in our robes and swim suits, to get to the pool. It would have been nice if there were an area sectioned off for hotel guests to access the pool and hot tub without walking through the wedding. (I literally had to ask the bride to excuse me while i walked behind her in my wet bathing suit)

Beautiful hotel and excellent service

This Sheraton hotel has a fantastic location and breath-taking view of the harbour view. The staff is warm and very helpful. However, the room is not in a good condition - old carpet, terribly done plumbing work (both faucet facing backwards), very loud air conditioning. This hotel is not at the level the Sheraton-chained hotels should be. It needs a renovation badly.

Had a great stay, and very clean.

The staff was very accommodating with the Air Canada strike impact.
