Very well situated in downtown St. John's, walking distance to everything! Friendly staff, plenty of amenities, and an amazing restaurant The Bivver. Will definitely revisit!

Loved the hotel. It was clean, room clean, staff were very polite and helpful. We were disappointed in the mattress and pillows as both were uncomfortable for both myself and my spouse.

Room was nice. Had great view

A good location, the hotel was clean and the bed was comfortable. Unfortunately, my TV didn’t work, but the TV in the room next to me worked because I heard everything coming out of it through the paper thin walls all night. Loud corridors and the fridge in the room was loud in operation. The breakfast choices were very limited for people with dietary restrictions. I’m celiac, and they couldn’t offer gluten-free bread. I ordered a vegetarian omelette for breakfast, which came with chunks of pork sausage sausages inside.

We had a great stay, I always request a room on a higher floor because our daughter loves to look out at wherever we are staying & they were great, put us on the top floor with the best view! The room was beautiful & the people that checked us in & out were lovely! Highly recommend & will for sure stay again!

Noisy at 7 am with staff coming and going. Could also hear elevators. Gum on ceiling near door.

Mattress was not firm we both sunk towards the middle. Food at room service was not good, not the quality that we expected.

Beautiful hotel!

Really nice

The room was clean and spacious. Check in was quick and efficient. The restaurant staff were very good and helpful with our two young grandchildren. The kids really enjoyed the pool. The only negative would be the $28 parking fee for 20 hours!

Everything g was good

Unfortunately twice I had to go to the lobby to get room keys, cause the card keys would not unlock the door. While we were trying to open the door a gentleman walked passed and said probably the batteries are low in the lock. Returned to the lobby, spoke to the Same lady told me to go back to my room and just wait, and maintence would be there. Now I was getting frustrated, told lady if no one comes with 1/2 hour, I want a refund. Since check in it’s now been 45 mins trying to get into the room I booked for days prior. Now I had a reservation at a restaurant that I had 15 mins to arrive. So within 10 minutes, a lovely lady named Betty arrived, and took us to another room. Apologizing, to what has happened. The room was great, view was awesome, confortable clean beds. Unfortunately I missed my reservation for supper. Had to wait a hour to get a table. Valentines 2026 Well be remembered!

the cleaning lady let herself in our room during an intimate moment on Valentines Day. was not appreciated at all!

Power outage Staff never even checked to see if everything was ok Came back in the evening to the power out again and was told that their was no stairs for people staying there!

Staff were great - there was a power outage when we checked but were given flashlights. They did all that they could given the circumstances.

The room & hotel stay was amazing! Very clean, super friendly staff, harbour view and an excellent onsite restaurants. The pool, hot tub and sauna was just perfect!
