This was a service apartment, sort of tidy and clean. we can daily get towels, tissues, linens etc to make up room ourselves, but a thorough clean up by the housekeeping would be 6 to 7 days once. Still manage. Overall are tidy and clean. Air conditioning in some of the days not running smoothly but the repair staff came upon requested to fix it. Breakfast was ok. Eggs, one meat - burger beef or sausage, potatoes, cereals l, breads, pancakes I like most. Apples, sometines with bananas, yogurt. I would suggest whole boiled potatoes ... Most unfortunate was the only lift for the whole service apartment went out of order on our 5th night, our stay was 10 nights ! And we were on 4th floor, walking down the stairs for breakfast, lunch & dinner three times a day hahaha, exercising !! April 3rd to 6th were Easter holidays, so the earliest to have technician come in would be 7th the day we check out. We have to in between the period skip 2 days' breakfast and did early lunch as plan B. Staff were helpful. We informed front desk to ensure sending someone up to help in bringing down luggages for us, 2 medium size, 1 large piece, handcarry items of course able to be handled by us two. They sent.

The room is run down and not well maintained, quite dirty, hair balls sticked on the shower wall which is disgusting… bathroom is smelly… Better bring your own shampoo and body wash because the provided one smell really funny… The location is very convenient.

We had good stay at the hotel. I really like the first day breakfast, not that many place has boston cream and apple donut! I was excited for my second day breakfast but unfortunately the choices became so much less on Sunday. Another down side is the swimming pool temperature was so cold I couldn't go in. Other than that, the place is clean and staff are very nice. So much better than most of the hotels in North America i would say.

I was very satisfy with everything

Hotel is nice and provided with hot breakfast, unfortunately, we don't have chance to enjoy it because of full scheduled in short stay in Toronto. We have bad experienced with the electronic door lock. Even the door was closed and locked, it could easily open using the door handle without the door key scanner. We informed the front desk and yes, a technician come in about 30 min. and come back again with parts. Finally to get it fixed. This ruin our itinerary. Two friends needed to stay in the room until the electronic door lock is fixed. We are in a two bedrooms with two toilets suites. The toilet water run very slow and not pressure enough to flush everything away. Finally, it stuffed and we need to report to the front desk again. Hope the housekeeping department will aware the problem and get it fixed and maintained well before guests check in. Overall, it is a good and nice hotel.

Be aware that their house policy is only make bed, change towel, house keeping on the 3rd day of stay. No ice machines, have to go to the restaurant kitchen and ask for crushed ice.

“ #411 room is spacious and very clean. The only problem was the fan in the bathroom as it doesn’t run off, therefore is noisy. Also the machine for heating/ac located on the ground are noisy therefore could we count not have the window open.

I found that housekeeping was very good. I suggest, however, that service be provided every two days. The staff was always cordial and willing to assist. Breakfast needs more variety. There should be more options for fruit. Parking availability was mostly excellent.

First of all, this is a 3-star hotel so nothing fancy. We have now stayed here twice. The 2 double beds 1 room suite is a little tight moving around but having a separate living room is nice. It’s nice to be able to store leftovers in the full size fridge as well. There are some bowls and plates and utensils and even a dishwasher. Our room was clean. Bath tub could be updated but not gross. Water pressure was a little weak but nothing unbearable. Average breakfast with scrambled eggs, sausages and potatoes in addition to oatmeal, yogurt, bread and bagel and stuff. We didn’t try any other amenities. The best part of this hotel is the location. It’s situated next to some office building and garage parking for these building in a residential area. There’s a path to walk to a park that many residents enjoy. It’s also 10-15 min walk to many restaurants and Asian dessert shops.

Clean rooms. Amazing service from staff. Good breakfast. Big and nice parking around. Clean Pool. Wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy more the hotel.

Good location for amusement park and downtown Toronto (for a day trip). Only complaint was the beds were hard.
