We called the hotel to book and were blatantly lied to! There is no free airport shuttle and there is a charge for parking.

Great location and a very good sized room. It was also very quiet. Definitely will stay again if needing to be in downtown Regina.

Clean room

A huge bug in the bed, rattling fan system, bed on an angle. Terrible stay. Place has gone way downhill.

Check in was easy. Rooms are dated and broken. Plug in in bathroom didn’t work, light beside bed sparked if tried turning on. Closet doors were broken, overall not nice. Breakfast was not ready had to ask for things to be filled/replaced. Garbage cans full before breakfast even started. Was not pleasant

Breakfast was great! Room was spaciois and comfortable. Easy check in and check out. Didnt use any of the other amenities but they looked clean and usful. Did hear a train arpund 4am but nothing we couldnt sleep through. Staff were attentive and helpful. Close walking distnce to other restaurants, casino and easy to get to from the airport.

Great breakfast every morning. Super friendly staff. The king suite was very nice and spacious. Underground parking nice to have as well. And pet friendly!!

Room 607 has a king bed. The bed location is located very close to the heater and wall. This makes it tricky in getting out of bed, especially at night. You must be careful that you don’t trip or hit the heater. This should be fixed, before someone hurts themselves.

Dated. Needs upgrade. Ceiling cracking in elevator. Elevator slow. Powdered eggs on breakfast bar. Room needs upgrading. Comfy beds. Carpet needs deep shampoo. Front desk staff not service oriented. We booked via Expedia & were told we couldn’t Check in because the attendant refused to run our debit card for the $100 deposit. She kept saying visa debit and refused to even swipe the card. We have stayed all over Canada & several countries no issue like this. We provided a different debit card & she ran it as credit for $100 to cover the deposit. We are Black Americans & noticed her friendly upbeat tone when helping the Canadian customers that came after us. Just an observation .

Only reason we booked was the price we paid. Our stay was bad. I woke up one morning needing to take a #2 and the toilet wouldnt flush. Front desk worker came and fiddled with the toilet and got it working. Upon checkout morning i wanted to take another #2 as me and my wife were traveling home. Again the toilet wouldnt flush. So i checked out telling the front desk worker and he said to call guest services and gave me a card. One of my friends also stayed at the same hotel and said that there smoke detector was going off at 3am. Couldnt be fixed and they had to move rooms at 4am. This hotel needs some upgrades for sure. The shower was not throwing any hot water either.

Disappointed in the parking price discrepancy - received a message that it would be $10/night and then upon arrival it was $15/night. When I questioned it, the front desk staff were adamant it was $15, even after I showed them the email saying otherwise.

The gym was small and the lights went off while I was on the treadmill

Hotel is in need of a refresh . Condition is ok but very dated . Staff was very nice and did everything great but ownership of hotel needs to step up . All the fitness equipment is in need of repair, elevator buttons are held on by scotch tape , shower controls are worn out . The owners of the hotel need to upgrade the entire place , but on the good side the staff were great !!!
