O quarto limpo de forma razoável. Cabelos de hóspedes anteriores na parede, falta de cuidado com mofo nos revestimentos do banheiro, materiais deteriorados.

Convient location to bars and restaurants. Staff helpful and rooms clean.

Friendly, helpful front desk staff. Our room (306) over looked an unsightly building next door, air conditioner was very noisy. and bath towels were the size of beach towels. Elevator access to guest room floors should be accessible only with guest room key for security purpose, especially during midnight through morning shift. With your current system, anyone and everyone can access guest floors.

Ótimo hotel, muito bem localizado, bom café da manhã, camas confortáveis e limpo.

Check in Staff did a good job. A little disappointed in the room. It was a Junior Suite with plenty of space but only one chair to sit on. With any Suite I at least expect a small couch and table to enjoy TV, glass of wine or whatever. Ended up one of us had no choice but to sit on the bed. The room was certainly clean but dated to the point of paint bubbled on the wall in the bathroom and grout problems in the Shower. Definitely time for renos. Overall though still a good value for the price but not to the level of most other Marriot properties.

Great room, with a wonderful view. Its very close to Costanero Mall, restaurants, bar and coffee shops. Good breakfast, with many options. I really enjoyed my time at the place

Localização excelente, em bairro agradável, próximo a parques, restaurantes e outros comércios. Distância caminhavel do parque metropolitano e sua estação de teleférico. Quarto com blecaute e vidros antirruído, perfeito para o sono. Staff solícito, atencioso e eficiente. Bom café da manhã, mas podia variar mais ao longo da semana. Quarto e banheiro acessíveis para cadeirantes muito adequados, mas vale reforçar a necessidade depois de reservar, tivemos que aguardar uma noite para sermos acomodados no quarto correto, mesmo tendo sinalizado no ato da reserva e tendo recebido resposta dizendo que estaria disponível. A piscina fica no terraço, mas o elevador não vai até la. Estacionamento gratuito é um bônus na região.
