Convient location to bars and restaurants. Staff helpful and rooms clean.

Friendly, helpful front desk staff. Our room (306) over looked an unsightly building next door, air conditioner was very noisy. and bath towels were the size of beach towels. Elevator access to guest room floors should be accessible only with guest room key for security purpose, especially during midnight through morning shift. With your current system, anyone and everyone can access guest floors.

The staff was very corteus and the room was clean

Check in Staff did a good job. A little disappointed in the room. It was a Junior Suite with plenty of space but only one chair to sit on. With any Suite I at least expect a small couch and table to enjoy TV, glass of wine or whatever. Ended up one of us had no choice but to sit on the bed. The room was certainly clean but dated to the point of paint bubbled on the wall in the bathroom and grout problems in the Shower. Definitely time for renos. Overall though still a good value for the price but not to the level of most other Marriot properties.

Great room, with a wonderful view. Its very close to Costanero Mall, restaurants, bar and coffee shops. Good breakfast, with many options. I really enjoyed my time at the place

Totally equipped for what we wanted

Hola No me gustó ya que desde el primer día todo estuvo mal. Ej: jabón, shampoo y acondicionador vacíos, informé y un día pusieron uno, al siguiente día otro y me tocó a mí bajar para que me dieran el tercero (el acondicionador). La habitación olía mal, asumo que la alfombra tiene mucho que ver en esto, el baño olía a cañeria, la ducha siempre que la "limpiaban" la dejaban con pelos y hay moho en las esquinas (opte por no aceptar las "limpiezas" algunos días). No me gustó nada, pensé que al informar esto me harían cambio de habitación ya que me estaba quedando más de 7 noches, pero no, decían "lo arreglaremos" y al final preferí callarme ya que me siento incómoda de tener que pedir cosas básicas al uno hospedarse. En fin, no repetiría tampoco recomendaría. Calidad precio no es compatible.

Bartender Angelica, housekeeping staff, restaurant staff, front desk staff, and doorman are all exceptionally professional in the performance of their duties. And each of them made me feel genuinely welcome to stay in their hotel.

O hotel atendeu nossa expectativa. Merece destaque a atenção de seus funcionários, sempre gentis e prestativos. A estrutura do quarto e a localização também merece reconhecimento.
