Excelente localização, quarto confortável, ótima limpeza e organização, muito seguro.

Hace tiempo que no nos alojabamos en el Hotel. Nos dieron una habitación en el 2do piso con vista a la Calle Santa Magdalena.No pude dormir por el ruido de los transeuntes trasnochadores y sumado a que los pasajeros vecinos eran muy ruidosos. Mucho portazo y hablan fuerte.Tanto que puedes escucharlos en tu habitación.La verdad no pudimos descansar En cuanto a las instalaciones se nota que han tratado de mantenerlas.El baño estaba recien pintado(habia olor a pintura aun en él). Casi no habia jabón de ducha en el deposito y nos dejaron un frasco de crema corporal en el tocador que lamentablemente estaba vacio. El personal sigue siendo muy amable.Pero me encontré con la sorpresa de que ahora cobran el estacionamiento.

We stayed here for 5 nights and unfortunately would not recommend this hotel. Our experience was very disappointing from start to finish. The swimming pool was closed during our stay, and the air conditioning in our room was not working. Although we were moved to another room, we were eventually told that the hotel was experiencing ongoing air conditioning issues. As a result, we spent two nights unable to sleep properly because the room was so hot. What was most frustrating was the lack of urgency from the staff. No effective solution was provided, and no alternative arrangements were offered despite the issue significantly affecting our stay. In addition, both rooms we stayed in had mold in the bathrooms, which was unacceptable. The hotel itself feels very outdated and poorly maintained. For the price charged, we expected a property in much better condition. To make matters worse, we were unable to receive a refund and therefore had no option but to remain at the hotel for the duration of our stay. Overall, we feel that we wasted our money and would not stay here again.

The front desk was very helpful in suggesting places to visit and restaurants to go to. When I was trying to put a Sim card into my phone and the instructions were all in Spanish, Felipe helped me through that!

Convient location to bars and restaurants. Staff helpful and rooms clean.

Friendly, helpful front desk staff. Our room (306) over looked an unsightly building next door, air conditioner was very noisy. and bath towels were the size of beach towels. Elevator access to guest room floors should be accessible only with guest room key for security purpose, especially during midnight through morning shift. With your current system, anyone and everyone can access guest floors.

The staff was very corteus and the room was clean

Check in Staff did a good job. A little disappointed in the room. It was a Junior Suite with plenty of space but only one chair to sit on. With any Suite I at least expect a small couch and table to enjoy TV, glass of wine or whatever. Ended up one of us had no choice but to sit on the bed. The room was certainly clean but dated to the point of paint bubbled on the wall in the bathroom and grout problems in the Shower. Definitely time for renos. Overall though still a good value for the price but not to the level of most other Marriot properties.

Great room, with a wonderful view. Its very close to Costanero Mall, restaurants, bar and coffee shops. Good breakfast, with many options. I really enjoyed my time at the place

Totally equipped for what we wanted

Hola No me gustó ya que desde el primer día todo estuvo mal. Ej: jabón, shampoo y acondicionador vacíos, informé y un día pusieron uno, al siguiente día otro y me tocó a mí bajar para que me dieran el tercero (el acondicionador). La habitación olía mal, asumo que la alfombra tiene mucho que ver en esto, el baño olía a cañeria, la ducha siempre que la "limpiaban" la dejaban con pelos y hay moho en las esquinas (opte por no aceptar las "limpiezas" algunos días). No me gustó nada, pensé que al informar esto me harían cambio de habitación ya que me estaba quedando más de 7 noches, pero no, decían "lo arreglaremos" y al final preferí callarme ya que me siento incómoda de tener que pedir cosas básicas al uno hospedarse. En fin, no repetiría tampoco recomendaría. Calidad precio no es compatible.
