I love the place, very convenient location closer to great bars and restaurants. Also, the food at the restaurant is great. The only concern it is the gym very old machines and tools to workout.

We liked the excellent service from all the staff from our check-in experience at reception, to the servers in the restaurant each morning to the spa staff as well as the house keeping staff. Our room was refreshed and cleaned each day and we were grateful.
We thoroughly enjoyed the roof top pool and deck area which was a great retreat from the busy city.
We were entertained by a highly skilled pianist each evening in the bar area. What a delight that was for us. We will return on our next trip.

The hotel’s AC isn’t working properly, and most of the guests are American, but the TV only has one American channel. The reception staff isn’t very friendly, but the restaurants and the service there are excellent. The food was fantastic overall.

The best Ritz Carlton I’ve ever stayed in. Service and attitude of staff was exceptional. Great restaurant on first floor. The Club Level had great food and beverage selections and an awesome breakfast in the morning. Recommend this hotel highly as it exceeded all expectations
