The Ritz-Carlton, Santiago

방도 클럽라운지도 실내 수영장도 Gym 도 좋았습니다. 특히 클럽 라운지 직원들의 친절한 서비스가 매우 훌륭해서 만족했습니다. 다만 일주일 투숙하는 동안 같은 클럽 라운지 조식이 질려서 1층 레스토랑으로 갔는데 클럽 라운지랑 조식 메뉴가 다를바가 없어 굉장히 실망했습니다. 그리고 amenity 용품 요청시 bath salt 나 kids bath gown 등은 없었습니다. 아이를 데리고 갔는데 아이를 위한 식기나 샴푸, 치약 등도 없었습니다.

위치 청결 서비스 모두 좋았습니다. 그러나 숙박하는 당일, 상수도 공사로 밤 늦게 까지 노란 물이 나와서 다른 방에 가서 씻어야했습니다.

One of the new vest hotels I have ever stayed at. The amenities were fabulous, like cation is great. Staff was above and beyond, so friendly and helpful, phenomenal!! I would choose this hotel in Santiago and very time I visit.

The property and staff never fail to impress. They remember who you are and what you need and approach their jobs like a craft with great enthusiasm and wonderful service. I would dream of staying anywhere else.

The hotel is very well located, Las Condes is a beautiful and convenient neighborhood. The staff is friendly, though not exceptionally so. As for the hotel itself, it feels like it has seen better days. The luxury here is somewhat dated and hasn't been well maintained over the years, it's a has-been property, which makes the pricing hard to justify given what you actually get. With some vision and investment, it could easily compete with more modern luxury hotels. For now, though, the price-to-value ratio falls short.

We arrived on a Saturday evening. The hotel staff (entrance and reception) were distant and not helpful. The same on Monday morning at the concierge, while asking for information. Seemed like the staff were doing us a huge favor. The only reason I did not give a lower grade is because the quality of services improved a lot from Sunday evening. I stayed in Santiago many times before in another hotel, with far better service and newer rooms. Decided to try a diferent hotel this time and regreted.

Excellent all round. Great safe location with many attractions shops and restaurants nearby. Great staff. Breakfast buffet superb. Nice room with all the amenities. Highly recommended

住宿的那一晚有個婚禮很吵一直到半夜3am都有重金屬打擊樂的聲音吵得睡不著覺， 酒店沒有提前告知， 事後反應了也沒有什麼回應， 感覺很不好。 除此之外， 工作人員還是都很熱情服務的。

Estive hospedado no Ritz-Carlton Santiago pela última vez em 2019. Naquela ocasião já não havia tido uma experiência memorável — e, infelizmente, minha nova estadia confirmou a mesma impressão. Os quartos continuam sendo o ponto alto: confortáveis, bem decorados e acolhedores. O serviço, de modo geral, também é cordial e profissional. No entanto, uma série de imprevistos comprometeu a experiência como um todo. Logo na chegada, não havia nenhum mensageiro disponível para auxiliar com as malas, algo inesperado para um hotel que carrega a bandeira Ritz-Carlton. Ao entrar no quarto, encontrei o telefone com defeito, o que exigiu a presença da equipe de manutenção para substituição do aparelho. Na primeira noite, solicitei um room service e, para minha surpresa, o prato chegou frio — algo inadmissível em qualquer hotel cinco estrelas, especialmente em uma bandeira de luxo como o Ritz-Carlton. Outro ponto negativo foi o roupão disponibilizado no quarto: estava visivelmente sujo e precisei solicitar a troca. A substituição demorou cerca de 40 minutos, um tempo de espera bastante elevado para um item tão simples e básico em hotelaria de luxo. Para quem utiliza iPhone, prepare-se para uma limitação importante: não há como conectá-lo à smart TV. O hotel tampouco oferece Chromecast ou qualquer solução alternativa de espelhamento, algo já considerado essencial em propriedades modernas.

Amazing amenities at the hotel - the staff are loverly and can’t do enough to help. The relaxing pool area was most welcomed after a long flight.
