北京希尔顿逸林酒店

床很舒服⋯⋯房間乾淨。但隔音不太好。

电话无故会响，隔音很差！

The room Abit too old

Always a long queue for the front desk. The check in staff tried their best to help customers. I think the hotel is cutting operating cost so that there is some shortage of staff. Also the breakfast in the executive level was not good! The best part is house cleaning was really doing good!

床硬了一點，其他的就一般，樓下是商場，吃飯方便，但離其他鬧區就遠一點。

有質素保證，地點鄰近辦公位置，酒店整潔，早餐選擇豐富。

Swimming pool is closed for renovation. Close to subway station and food court, supermarket. Front desk are friendly. Not much restaurants near by. Short trip to 法源寺 and 牛街, both are worth to spend half a day there. Need additional 50 minutes to reach the shuttle train to the airport, compared to stay at north east side of BeiJing.

我住的是商務兩人房， 房間的整潔度還可以 但是最讓人詬病的地方是早餐的炒麵居然是酸掉的 光是這個點就讓我覺得很對不起希爾頓這個名字。 如果硬是要說下次還會不會來住答案肯定不會的。

标准的希尔顿商务风格，在北京同价位的酒店还比较有竞争力。酒店的happy hour质量过硬，当晚饭吃都没问题。

预订的时候，标明Wi-Fi免费。但是入住时，才知道Wi-Fi另外需要付费。怎么解释都不可以，最后给的邮箱和电话号码，才给我一晚免费Wi-Fi。房间也比介绍图片上小一些。

房間不錯職 員的態度不錯 地點方便 整體不錯

浴室的鏡子只有一盞射燈，燈光太暗不夠光，射燈光線也太集中，十分不方便梳妝。另外房間有一點舊。其餘的問題不大。

很不錯, 附近很方便

環境整潔乾淨, 早餐還可以, 但電梯刷卡不太順, 周遭環境便利

Overall is a nice hotel, delicious welcome cookies, staff are helpful too. Close to Beijing west station if need to travel with high speed train.

房间很差，被假照片骗过去的。80年代的既视感。

洒店有點舊，房間一般

The hotel location is perfect and within a walking distance to Qianmen. I enjoyed Peking Opera very much so my mom and I loved this location. In my room, the bathrobe was not changed and I found a used tissue in my pocket. This was very annoying and I did not rest well on the first night. I raised an oral complaint to the manager. After investigation, the manager sent us apology and provided us a free upgrade to Executive and access to administrative lounge to me, my husband and my mom. The food in Administrative lounge is ok but the view is fantastic. Although there were some unpleasant experiences at the beginning, the service is very good overall.

供水系統實在太吵，隔壁用水房我房間跟戰車發動一樣吵

房間空氣不佳，氣味較大，有一股舊霉味道
