The people worked in the hotel couldn’t help anymore than what they did. They helped with transport going to places & coming back. There was always someone that could speak english

Everything was wonderful. Staff were very friendly, room was clean, and location is convenient next door to a shopping mall.

Luna at the front desk reception was a wonderful help - she helped arrange a taxi for me nearly every day, which included different locations and departure times each day due to my work.

Fist time visiting this hotel. The staff was very courteous and welcoming. The hotel is more than 2 years old and still looks brand new.

Cleanliness in the bathroom was questionable. The towels were not really white which made me worry about the cleanliness of the same. The air conditioning was good and the blanket was just right.

The staff and welcoming were very good and fast. The room was clean, big and nice. I loved the gym too. It is a real one! However, I paid a little bit too much for a room with no breakfast included.

The stay was wonderful. The rooms are incredible and so well taken care of, especially for the price. A 5 star hotel with a 3 star cost. The staff were above and beyond great. And the food so good!

Excellent service from the team in the executive lounge.

Check in was smooth. Room is clean with appropriate amenities provided. WIFI speed is acceptable. Service do respect your "DND" sign, and will not enter your room even during the day time unless they have your permission. My room faces road, and hotel is next to ICO mall. The room can get noisy from the activities happening at the ICO mall's open space area. If need a quiet room, ask for one during check in.

Overall great. Whoever came up with cookie idea should be given a pat on the back
