Disappointing and Unhygienic – Avoid This Hotel This was my second stay at Four Points by Sheraton Shenzhen, chosen for its location. Unfortunately, both experiences were unacceptable. The room I was given had visible mold on the walls, AC vents, and even the headboard. The bathroom was filthy and moldy, and the smell made the room unbearable. I was shown several alternative rooms—all were equally bad, with mold, smoke smells, and even a bed bug spotted on a pillow in one of them. I was eventually placed in a different building, but the room was still far below expectations: no sound insulation, wet and slippery bathroom with no partition, and a strong chemical odor in the hallways. Even basic amenities like a refrigerator were missing. The photos on Hotel.com are completely misleading. This property is not hotel quality—it’s more like a run-down motel. I'm extremely disappointed and concerned for the health risks this place poses. Do not recommend this hotel to anyone. Avoid if you value your health and comfort.

The room was in poor condition, with heavy smoke smell coming from the air conditioner. It was so bad that I had to wear a mask just to sleep

Too old, especially bathroom needs to have renovation.

大堂接待處有免費香蕉提供。二人高級客房乾淨舒服，梳洗用品均有提供。如果客房內洗手間放置香薰會好一點，有微小的臭味。週末的自助晚餐和自助早餐款式豐富，味道不過不失，服務員友善勤快。健身室和泳池到夜晚11點，需要自備泳帽。整體經驗不錯。

開業年齡來說 ，大樓設施保養的不錯，升級了大套房但是浴缸和淋浴是在分開的洗手間有點奇怪，床鋪什麼的也乾淨，不過窗戶玻璃實在是很髒

如果能夠提供免費接駁車輛由福田站至酒店更加好，因為由福田站行步行往酒店都需要15至20分鐘，對拿著行李的住客非常不便。

酒店房間舒服，員工有禮貌，整體感覺很好！

The place us a bit old but location is good for keeping luggage after check out then sight seeing around and take back belongings before travel back to Hong Kong

Shuttle bus schedule on every 1 hr to boarder. It's better to run it more frequently. Hotel is a bit old but comfortable. Good of buffet breakfast, quite a lot of choices.
