Complete staff including the folks in the concierge desk were very helpful and patient. I have already recommended this hotel for a couple of my friends who are planning a visit to Dubrovnik soon. I will certainly stay at this hotel again.

Our experience at the Hotel President Valamar in Dubrovnik was truly exceptional, thanks to both the incredible service and thoughtful amenities that catered to the whole family. One of the most remarkable moments of our stay was when I lost my phone in the sea. After being submerged for three full days, I had little hope—but the hotel’s diving team managed to retrieve it from deep water. Their dedication, professionalism, and care went far beyond what anyone could expect, and I’m still amazed by their efforts. Equally impressive was Maro World, which made our daughter’s stay absolutely magical. The facilities were engaging, safe, and full of creative activities that kept her happy and entertained every day. It gave us peace of mind knowing she was enjoying herself so much in such a fun, well-supervised environment. From the warm welcome at check-in to the small thoughtful touches throughout, the staff consistently went above and beyond. The views are breathtaking, the service is first-class, and the atmosphere is perfect for both relaxation and family fun. We left with beautiful memories and can’t wait to return.

Very pleasant and professional staff in all areas,room very clean and all.public areas very clean, breakfast delicious with an excellent choice of cooked and uncooked food, location beautiful, very regular bus service from on front of the hotel to the old town, our second stay here and we will return
