Great Hotel

The place has easy access with bus #6 just across the street Staff are friendly They allow early check in Breakfast is good but same everyday Room is comfortable the view from the room is amazing u can get fresh air the breeze from the ocean is really wonderful

We were upgraded to a deluxe room on arrival which was lovely. The room was just wonderful, the bathroom facilities excellent, We were on the 6 floor but had to go up to 7 and go to a different lift and go down another floor to 6 to get to breakfast - it was a little odd, The reception staff were excellent, breakfast staff were not as attentive as they could have been, difficult to get service, We booked to do the Wine train at konevale, the tour itself was good although a little rushed, The Train was not as advertised and felt like a kiddies toy and the transfer times were a lot longer than advertised, this did put a bit of a dampner on the evening, a long day and late back was not ideal. on reflection I would not have travelled that far for a half day trip. Our evening meal in the beach restaurant was very good. Our waiter who was very informative, made an excellent job of filleting the fish at the table and serving, he is a credit to your staff there.

We enjoyed our stay, the staff were welcoming and friendly. Particularly at check in and at breakfast the service was excellent. We had a V level room which was very nice, with nice fittings in the room. We used the pool, spa, and terrace. There is a boardwalk very close to the hotel which we enjoyed. We used the bus service extensively to get to the old town. There were a couple of very minor points which we didn’t like the glasses in our room were not changed daily towards the end of the stay where they had been at the start. There was a coffee machine and kettle next to each other but only one plug. This was under a wooden fitting so very difficult to access. These were minor points, where improvements could be made. Overall the hotel and staff were fantastic. The views from the lobby and pool were beautiful.

Upon check in you are greeting by lots of amazing staff members. Super friendly and cheerful. There are super nice terraces and a great bar. The beach are and the pool is very nice. The breakfast in the mornings was absolutely amazing! You had all kinds of choices and even smoothies!!! Which hotel does that? A few of the downsides is Upon entering the hallways to get to the room there is a musty smell which is definitely the carpets in the hall ways. They are definitely worn out. The hallways have common spaces and the furniture is quite embarrassing.. two chairs just facing each other not even with a table in between. The rooms are also lacking in character and quality. Best way to be able to describe the furniture is a college dorm room. As most people really won’t spend a lot of time in their rooms you can easily overlook it. However this is something ownership should definitely address the quality of the rooms. The beds are very comfortable. The shower had great water pressure. And was well equipped. Overall it’s a very nice hotel if you want to relax. I do suggest not booking on the 5th floor as the restaurant is right above you and opens by 6 am the restaurant opens and you can hear all the furniture moving around. I was moved to a different floor and there was absolutely no issue after. Staff was amazing and made the stay worth it.

The staff was fantastic. Everyone from check in to valet to wait staff was very pleasant and helpful. The beach and pool were really nice. The food was a little expensive, but we wanted to eat in the old city so we only ate on property once.

Secluded on one side of the half island of Dubrovnik. Has amazing clean beach access. Other than first day at checking in, the staff were friendly, courteous, and very helpful. Would defiantly stay there again.

Amazing place

I have traveled the world. 21 countries in just 2025. I only stay at luxury hotels. This one is close to the bottom of the list. I paid $900 per night or somewhere around that. After I had already paid, one week before my arrival i was informed that there was a UN meeting in town and we could not be dropped off at the hotel but we could be dropped off 1/2 mile away. I asked if someone could help with our luggage and after much back and forth someone told me they would help me.I had a bad hand and back. Upon arrival no one was there. 1/2 mile away! We called and the front desk very rudely said just walk down the promenade. How in the world do I know where the promenade is. My girlfriend and i had to carry our luggage the whole way without help. Upon arrival there are steps. You think there would be someone there but nope.No one! Every time we went somewhere we had to walk that same 1/2 mile to get a ride somewhere. The room was very hot but the thermostat said 21 Celsius. No way. I build fine custom homes for a living. I rarely complain about anything. I told the front desk that someone said they would help with our luggage and after our arrival we could get transportation from the hotel. She had the audacity to tell me that was not true. So, I showed her the emails they sent me. With an embarrassed look on her face she told me they should not not have told me that. I have absolutely nothing good to say about my experience there except that it is a good location.
