The property is stunning, taxi driver hard to find front door of it though, architecture is amazing from every angle, waited shuttle boat on the eastbank 2 times for about 1 hr long, breakfast staff not friendly, the rest of the staff are kind, rooms full of beautiful details.

接駁到對岸的船比較不方便，飯店人員說每5分鐘都有船免費接送，但是我們到達對岸，回飯店要搭乘時，等了40分鐘都沒有船，打電話到飯店，也沒有人接電話，最後只好花費美金15元，從對岸搭船回飯店

This is an outstanding hotel, and we simply can't express enough how pleased we were with the communication and service provided before and during we stay. It's a pity that we only stayed for one night, but that night gave us a much-needed boost of energy for ours trip in Egypt. We also had the delightful surprise of making new friends here. The cleanliness, service, and dinner were all top-notch. Btw we stayed in the Ruby room, and we were particularly fond of the owner's style. We didn’t know this comment can encourage owners or not, but I wish they can keep go forward to be greater and hard-working to keep this wonderful performance in the future. This was my second visit to the Djorff Palace and it was every bit as good as the first. The hotel is in a beautiful location right on the Nile close to the valley of the kings. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable with an excellent air conditioning unit. Relaxing pool area with great sun beds set up daily with towels. Great breakfast and freshly cooked meals at lunchtime and dinner time, with daily changing menu. A huge bonus is the hotel’s own river boat that will take you across the Nile for free or down to the old town centre for a small charge and will then bring you back when your ready to return. Would highly recommend….

The hotel´s employees were wonderful, had a nice and relax time there. The food and breakfast were delicious! I recommend this hotel.

I will 100% stay here when I come back. The palace is CLEAN, QUIET, and BEAUTIFUL. The entire hotel was architecturally beautiful and clean. I was one of a few guests at the hotel and felt/was treated like royalty. The owner is a wonderful, kind, and helpful woman. The hotel offers a free boat to cross to the east bank which was a blessing. With the hotel being on the West Bank, there is little noise at night meaning you can hear all the sounds the Nile has to offer. Absolutely wonderful hotel - one of the best I’ve stayed at around the world.

It’s a beautiful place, it’s like a place from One Thousand and One Nights. Room was clean and big enough. The staff was great, they were very nice and helpful. The hotel offers a motor boat to cross the Nile. The food is very good.

O hotel possui uma arquitetura linda, conforme as fotos. Equipe de funcionários gentis, exceto pelo carregador de malas que simplesmente jogou as malas quando chegou ao quarto. Além disso, a cama era muito ruim, formava um arco ao deitar. A impressão era que o colchão era antigo e já não deveria estar em uso. Mas, nada que atrapalhou nossa estada por uma noite.

Loved our stay here. Will definitely come back next time we are in Luxor.

A unique hotel in a fabulous position. All the staff are excellent- professional, helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend.

I had an amazing time at Djorff Palace. The staff were incredible and the room was amazing. I wish I had more time to spend there and really enjoy. I will be coming back for sure!

Is just a one night stay but this what i think Bed wasn’t comfortable, food disappointing, room is clean but a little old fashioned, night mosquitos. I got told outside food is not allowed in the hotel and the hotel is away from everything. Overall i think is a 3 star and you decide where you spend your money.

Es una propiedad muy bonita con vistas al nilo impresionantes y tienen servicio de shuttle para moverte de lado a lado del rio, ademas tienen servicio de concierge para organizarte la excursion que gustes. La comida del hotel es bastante buena, mi unico problema fue que el internet era terrible, no funcional. Y que nunca pude usar la alberca porque si llenaba de hojas de los arbiles ya no te dejaban usarla pero fuera eso, si me volveria a quedar si instalan repetidores.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel with an excellent check-in experience. The staff were incredibly welcoming, especially the receptionist who handled my check-in. The owner Mariana,was also very kind and helpful. I had a fantastic one-night stay; the hotel’s architecture is beautiful, right by the Nile River.

A hidden Gem for those wanting a more authentic Egyptian stay. We travelled from hurghada for 1 night to do the sunrise balloon trip next day. Wonderful building ,each room individually decorated with items from owners travels. Plenty of power sockets .mini bar with soft drinks chargable. Hotel provides breakfast on the pool terrace and theres restaurant serving mixture of european Egyptian food in the evening. There is no alcohol but contact with hotel allowed us to bring our own The hotel also runs a ferry taxi service for its guests until 1000pm if you wish to go to the tourist centre. Theres also a pool with wonderful views over the nile. We were treated with kindness, we had been changed to a better room than booked, as owner though given Ramadan it would be noisy and when she realised it was her birthday ,she brought her a small pottery vase made by local children , a very thoughtful gesture. Would we go back, yes like a shot , its an amazing hidden gem if looking for something different.
