The property is stunning, taxi driver hard to find front door of it though, architecture is amazing from every angle, waited shuttle boat on the eastbank 2 times for about 1 hr long, breakfast staff not friendly, the rest of the staff are kind, rooms full of beautiful details.

接駁到對岸的船比較不方便，飯店人員說每5分鐘都有船免費接送，但是我們到達對岸，回飯店要搭乘時，等了40分鐘都沒有船，打電話到飯店，也沒有人接電話，最後只好花費美金15元，從對岸搭船回飯店

This is an outstanding hotel, and we simply can't express enough how pleased we were with the communication and service provided before and during we stay. It's a pity that we only stayed for one night, but that night gave us a much-needed boost of energy for ours trip in Egypt. We also had the delightful surprise of making new friends here. The cleanliness, service, and dinner were all top-notch. Btw we stayed in the Ruby room, and we were particularly fond of the owner's style. We didn’t know this comment can encourage owners or not, but I wish they can keep go forward to be greater and hard-working to keep this wonderful performance in the future. Very Nice hotel and staff. beautiful view and friendly staff

Djorff Palace is a new and unique hotel in Luxor, set on private grounds quite far from the city centre. It’s isolated, hard to find, and getting there can feel like trekking through reeds and local housing. The hotel itself looks good – clearly a lot of money has been invested to make it feel luxurious. Check-in was a strange experience, taking well over 10 minutes and the owner greeting us but didn’t introduce herself until quite late in the conversation. The room we were shown was just around the corner, but the lights weren’t even working. The room itself was fine, but nothing special. The main issues lie with the overall atmosphere and service. The hotel has an eerie, almost unsettling feel: you rarely see other guests, and the staff who were local, while attentive, seem overly trained to follow English customs, which can come off as very fake and pretentious. Food is a major disappointment. Meals were overly oily and unappetizing, and the buffet breakfast is poorly thought out – served near the water, surrounded by insects, and the muesli even had ants in it. The menu changes daily, but the quality doesn’t improve. The hotel’s free boat shuttle to the west bank is a genuine plus, and you’ll want to use it to dine at the Steigenberger across the Nile, which is absolutely unbelievable in comparison. The hotel is conveniently located near historic sites like the Valley of the Kings, and while private taxis are available, local ride services are much cheaper. 2.75/10

Architecture très originale. Les chambres sont grandes et agréables avec la terrasse avec vue sur le Nil. Le personnel est toujours souriant et empressé. Le bateau pour traverser le Nil est un vrai plus

Djorff Palace was a quiet oasis on the West Bank of the Nile away from the chaos of Luxor. The hotel is an Arabian architectural marvel, straight out of an Arabian story. The staff are exceedingly helpful and friendly. The room was clean and serviced daily. The hotel's boat service across the Nile which does incur a small fee takes you to any location on the East bank. The water meadows around the hotel, where the water buffalo graze ,are a haven for numerous species of birds. The lunch and dinner menus change daily, the food is fresh and tasty.

Fabulously designed and appointed, clean and spacious room with balcony. Friendly, helpful staff ready and willing to help with anything. Our knowledgeable and welcoming hostess was exeptional. Car & driver arrangements were perfect, and the complimentary boat to the East Bank made crossing the Nile both convenient and pleasant. Hope to visit again.

Hôtel exceptionnel autant par son architecture que par la courtoisie du personnel, un hôtel chaleureux où l'on a envie d'y rester plusieurs jours. La chambre était impeccable, les communs très agréable, la cuisine du restaurant délicieuse et généreuse. L'hôtel propose un service de bateaux privé pour aller de la rive "Est"à la rive "Ouest" ce qui est indispensable pour visiter Louxor et nous avons apprécié. Merci à tous pour cet agréable séjour.

Excellent hotel, relaxing, brilliant staff and beautiful. Great boat service to East side and they can organise all transport to sights. Easy. Only negative (for me) was its a dry hotel (no alcohol served), as a beer at the end of a day sightseeing by the pool would have been nice.

Personalen var väldigt trevlig och hjälpsamma. Rummet och hotellet var fantastiskt - väldigt snyggt gjort och i egyptisk still. Mycket fräckt. Det finns en jättefin båt som tar en över till andra sidan där alla restauranger och annat finns. Båtföraren är där hela tiden så man måste inte beställa den. På återfärden skriver man på WhatsApp och så kom den inom 15 minuter. Tror inte det finns mycket runt hotellet. Vi var dock bara där en natt. En sak man ska vara medveten om är att det inte serveras någon alkohol på hotellet.

Location not feasible

Incredible staff, beautiful property, an oasis after a day of sightseeing. The owner is lovely and has great advice for planning your day, as do the staff. Would high recommend and hopefully we will have an opportunity to stay again.

The property is very spacious but the bed was horrible to sleep on. My wife and I couldn’t get a minute’s sleep. It was worse with the constant cigarette smell that seeped into our room from the outside- unbearable!!

Rigtig fint og charmerende værelse. Personalet er meget søde og venlige. Der var hjælp til at komme ud på ture, finde en chauffør og guides. Derudover har hotellet en båd, så man nemt kan sejle over på østbredden af Luxor.

The location and tranquility of the hotel were amazing. Our bedroom was so extraordinarily spacious. The staff was superb and the private boat to the east bank was magic. The pool was pretty spectacular too. Breakfast and lunch were varied and delightful with authentic local touches! We loved and wished we could have stayed longer

Il Djorff Palace è una splendida struttura che si trova nel west bank della città di Luxor. La strada per raggiungere l'hotel non è particolarmente agevole, ma si può facilmente raggiungere l'altra sponda del fiume con la barca messa a disposizione dalla struttura, un'esperienza molto piacevole! Per visitare i principali siti archeologici della città abbiamo contattato un tassista con indrive, che per 25 euro ci ha portato in giro tutto il giorno, consigliandoci anche dove pranzare. I lati positivi dell'hotel sono principalmente la pulizia e la colazione. La stanza, per quanto non fosse apparentemente sporca, era molto impolverata e il soffione della doccia era pieno di calcare. Per quanto l'arredamento fosse molto affascinante, uno dei due letti della nostra stanza aveva un materasso di pietra. La colazione era abbastanza scarna, con uova, succo di frutta in bottiglia, una bevanda calda (abbastanza buona) e alcune salse/formaggi tipici egiziani che non a tutti possono piacere. A volte frutta e yogurt, ma nulla di che. Basterebbe poco per tenere le stanze realmente pulite e rendere il soggiorno più gradevole per gli ospiti, spariamo facciano i giusti miglioramenti.
