联网巨差！浴室必须更新！花超五星的房费住三星级酒店的感受。

网络真差！75%时间基本断网。后几天的房间热水基本不烫手，没有淋浴喷头很不方便。

It's a good hotel. Very good CP with comfortable room and service. The view is really good and I do really enjoy the stay in this hotel. The balcony door is not work, but been fixed after raising this problem to the front desk. It took a little bit time to fix it, but it's acceptable. Bathtub is perfect and with hot water & broad spaces. It's a good hotel, wish you enjoy this as I do.

The WiFi was not adequate. I had to use my mobile phone as a hot spot. The TV was old with no HDMI ports. Had to climb over a wall to get into the shower. No alcohol was served anywhere in the hotel. I booked a king bed and got two smaller beds.

We had a great time at the Hilton Cairo, the view on the Nile River was very beautiful, the service was professional. We really recommend it!

La estructura del hotel es impresionante, estuve parando allí cuando pertenecía a la cadena Hyatt y después cuando fue Gran Nile , ha perdido mucho desde sus comienzos y es obvio que necesita restauración, los cajones del armario y el mueble donde está el TV y la pequeña heladera, está en muy malas condiciones (2459) Por lo demás me gusta su ubicación y la piscina.

Everything was great however the hotel was alcohol free which is fine but they replaced that with the ability to smoke in areas where you should be able to enjoy the view atmosphere and for small talk. I dislike smoking but besides that it was a feasible and pleasant hotel. Staff weas amazingly kind and helpful.

Alcohol is not served at the property. You would have to go to the four seasons. Either way I enjoyed my stay. Don’t let the cab drivers or any salesmen intimidate you. Shop around until you get the best deal. The locals will try to milk you bone dry

Hotelzimmer in die Jahre gekommen. Bett und Matratze sind aber in eine hervorragenden Zustand! Bad ist alt, aber sauber. Ich würde es wieder buchen. Pool ist sauber und man hat einen schöne Blick auf den Nil. Lage des Hotels ist auch gut. Frühstück ist nichts besonderes. Kenne bessere Frühstücksbuffets. Sehr schöne Lobby mit Blick auf den Nil.

Hotel Maestoso, negozi interni , ma le camere non esattamente allo stesso livello. Stranamente l'Hotel non accetta le carte di debito ( bancomat) ma solo carte di credito. In compenso una prima colazione super .

Clean room Great staff Checking in and out was simple - and efficient. Breakfast was nice. Best seats were those overlooking the River Nile. On some days- you could watch and listen to someone playing the piano in the lobby. Absolutely fantastic ! I am still trying to figure out why they give luggage tags at checkout even when you do not let the staff take it off you. If it had the number of bags written on the tag- then fine. Guess they have their reasons for doing so. All in all - a lovely relaxed stay .

Breakfast menu is fresh. Lots of choices There is spa but didnt get the chance to try it due to booked tours. Staff are polite and helpful.
