They live up to the Hilton standard and no disappointment. The view of the Nile from my balcony is fantastic. Location is good. Definitely worth going back when in Cairo.

The room is very comfortable, the view from my room could directly look at the Nile River, the staff are very friendly and helpful. In the morning we could exercise by jogging at the river side with fresh air and a beautiful view. Love you Hilton Grand Nile Tower Hotel..... Hope I can stay again here with my family.

De var venlige imødekommende receptionisterne havde ofte travlt med at tale med hinanden indbyrdes og da vi var 3 personer og der kun var 2 senge ville den ene receptionist have mig til at betale 39 dollars for en nat i 7 dage. Den anden kom heldigvis og sagde noget til ham på eget sprog hvortil han sagde at den 3 seng ville være på værelset kort tid efter. Room service var i top rengøringspersonalet såå dygtige og søde.

Their staff treated me really well and they recognised me from my previous visit. I would hope they changed the rooms on 24 floor and above to a modern classic style. Will make a lot of difference to be honest.

It's a good hotel. Very good CP with comfortable room and service. The view is really good and I do really enjoy the stay in this hotel. The balcony door is not work, but been fixed after raising this problem to the front desk. It took a little bit time to fix it, but it's acceptable. Bathtub is perfect and with hot water & broad spaces. It's a good hotel, wish you enjoy this as I do.

More geared towards middle class people from oil rich nations what average or below average expectations.
Rugs torn, bathroom floors stained and unclean-able.
I witnessed the poor housekeeping, man, trying his hardest to clean the bathroom floor, but it was beyond repair. .

The WiFi was not adequate. I had to use my mobile phone as a hot spot.
The TV was old with no HDMI ports.
Had to climb over a wall to get into the shower.
No alcohol was served anywhere in the hotel.
I booked a king bed and got two smaller beds.

La estructura del hotel es impresionante, estuve parando allí cuando pertenecía a la cadena Hyatt y después cuando fue Gran Nile , ha perdido mucho desde sus comienzos y es obvio que necesita restauración, los cajones del armario y el mueble donde está el TV y la pequeña heladera, está en muy malas condiciones (2459)
Por lo demás me gusta su ubicación y la piscina.

Everything was great however the hotel was alcohol free which is fine but they replaced that with the ability to smoke in areas where you should be able to enjoy the view atmosphere and for small talk. I dislike smoking but besides that it was a feasible and pleasant hotel. Staff weas amazingly kind and helpful.

Alcohol is not served at the property. You would have to go to the four seasons. Either way I enjoyed my stay. Don’t let the cab drivers or any salesmen intimidate you. Shop around until you get the best deal. The locals will try to milk you bone dry
