The hotel ameneties are good . The food is great and breakfast has alot of variety

Property is at excellent location in downtown Cairo. We enjoyed the Nile view room and walking next to Nile. Property needs renovation. Room and decors are dated. Carpets need replacement badly. Breakfast has options but can be better in quality.

This is a well located hotel with impressive facilities. The lobby smells amazing and the pool is fantastic. The staff was largely polite and helpful. We could see the pyramids from our balcony. The rooms could use a facelift, and the breakfast buffet was underwhelming.

Staff: The team is helpful, courteous, and consistently willing to accommodate guests’ needs. Their professionalism is one of the hotel’s stronger aspects. Facilities: The gym and spa are noticeably outdated and require significant upgrades to meet contemporary standards. Summary: While the hotel markets itself as a 5-star property, the overall guest experience reflects closer to a 3-star standard. The staff is professional and attentive, but the property suffers from outdated rooms, subpar dining options, and aging gym and spa facilities. A comprehensive renovation and overhaul of amenities would be necessary to meet true 5-star expectations.

Five star Hotel

Personal and the services were terrible. Never seen Hilton like this before. @Hilton managment, reputations getting hardly damaged by this branch of the hilton.
