Our stays in Mena House was peaceful and fantastic. The room is clean, viewing the Giza Pyramids, cool pool, quality services, etc. The room decoration is not great but so far it is clean and tidy. The balcony is nice facing the Giza Pyramids; the breakfast with various choice of food was great too. If I would need to give a recommendation to the hotel, some staff are not very helpful and just giving standard quality of services and the food quality in the restaurants for lunch and dinner is not very good (still good and acceptable). Given that the hotel price is very expensive, we would expect excellent services. But overall, our stay with Mena House is good.

Mena house擁有驚人美麗的景色，在飯店裡就可以看的到金字塔；飯店本身擁有豐富的歷史，很多名人到訪過；安全的環境，進入飯店內都需接受檢查，讓人在飯店內倍感安心；舒適的房間，房間很大，床跟枕頭質量很好，很快就能入眠；早餐點的客房服務美味且份量很多；員工素質非常高，每個人親切且面帶笑容，有問題時都能夠儘可能的幫忙。飯店離吉薩金字塔很近，約步行5分鐘可以到達的距離，附近也有小型超市。建議如果有預算可以選擇金字塔景房間，來吉薩旅遊真慶幸是選擇Mena house！

Services at the door men are not good ! They could not get a taxi fir me and asked walking to the entrance to get a taxi by myself ! They say it is the rule ! So strange !

Beautiful location and convenient for seeing Giza Plateau. Staff are very attentive and helpful. Highly recommend.

I have been a Marriott member for twenty years and have stayed at many of their hotels. This hotel has proven to be the absolute best. The service cannot be beaten and the hotel itself is set in the most amazing setting.

This is an exceptional hotel. . It's very conveniently situated near the Pyramids and new Grand Egyptian Museum. It thoroughly deserves it's 5* rating But what makes it special is the staff. Without exception welcoming, smiling and gracious. Always looking to make sure your stay is perfect. I will return, if only to relax by the pool ! This is a true Oasis.

The situation of the hotel right next to the great pyramids is THE feature about this hotel which means you shouldn’t miss it. It’s spectacular! And yes, I’d go again. BUT it’s somewhat run down, the restaurants are far from 5* level, service is good but not great, and the price you pay clearly shows that this hotel doesn’t have any of its normal 5* competitors nearby. Hence, it’s not good value for money.

Such a disappointment in a hotel this hotel is desperate for a renovation. It was great in the 70s and 80s even the early 90s but now it is tired and worn out. The stench of stale cigarettes comes through the walls. The whole room was smelly the cleanliness below what we consider acceptable the view for a pyramid room disappointing. Also the food that was delivered was barely edible excluding the bread which was great. Wouldn’t stay here again and couldn’t recommend.

Room is perfect except that in ads rooms it’s over looking the pyramid but over all 5 stars

Wonderful grounds and service. The ladies looking after our rooms (Mona and her colleagues) were very helpful and made sure we had everything we needed at all times. Marian at the restaurant provided excellent service also.

Staff at check in charge me extra for an upgrade which I didn’t receive
