Our stays in Mena House was peaceful and fantastic. The room is clean, viewing the Giza Pyramids, cool pool, quality services, etc. The room decoration is not great but so far it is clean and tidy. The balcony is nice facing the Giza Pyramids; the breakfast with various choice of food was great too. If I would need to give a recommendation to the hotel, some staff are not very helpful and just giving standard quality of services and the food quality in the restaurants for lunch and dinner is not very good (still good and acceptable). Given that the hotel price is very expensive, we would expect excellent services. But overall, our stay with Mena House is good.

Mena house擁有驚人美麗的景色，在飯店裡就可以看的到金字塔；飯店本身擁有豐富的歷史，很多名人到訪過；安全的環境，進入飯店內都需接受檢查，讓人在飯店內倍感安心；舒適的房間，房間很大，床跟枕頭質量很好，很快就能入眠；早餐點的客房服務美味且份量很多；員工素質非常高，每個人親切且面帶笑容，有問題時都能夠儘可能的幫忙。飯店離吉薩金字塔很近，約步行5分鐘可以到達的距離，附近也有小型超市。建議如果有預算可以選擇金字塔景房間，來吉薩旅遊真慶幸是選擇Mena house！

Services at the door men are not good ! They could not get a taxi fir me and asked walking to the entrance to get a taxi by myself ! They say it is the rule ! So strange !

Good view and help staff

Not a 5 star hotel Nice pool and good hairdryer but: My room had an old tub you have to climb in and out of for a shower and no hand held nozzle. At 3:00, after being hot and sticky from touring the pyramids, my room still wasn’t made up. I had contacted the concierge weeks in advance to make a late lunch reservation at the 139 terrace restaurant. Said I’d have a front row table with great view of the pyramids. When I got there, there was no reservation. And service is incredibly slow

Lovely hotel with exceptional location for the pyramids. Disappointingly, a vast structure erected in the garden (for a wedding), blocking a large viewing area of the pyramids. The noise from the weddings (dj/music) in the evenings was deafening, not relaxing at all. Booking for an external restaurant not made as requested and airport transfer fee, organised by the hotel, was very expensive. It transpires if we had used an independent travel company, we could have reduced the cost by 80%! We did this for our return journey.

I had a problem with check in that was an Expedia issue .. however the mena house front desk staff went above and beyond to assist us and make us beyond comfortable .. we had connecting rooms with pyramid view .. the best view you could wish for .. this place is it .. the hotel grounds and everything was behind nice .. the was helpful in every way .. the best Egypt stay I have ever experienced .. I would return there in a heartbeat.. they front desk staff rescued my vacation.

The hotel is beautiful and run by helpful, friendly staff. The 24 hour bar with a view of the pyramids is fantastic but Giza it’s self held very little charm.

Food quality lags behind and some supervisors/managers within the staff can hardly communicate in English or have a more resolute and classy approach. Despite that some employees, surprisingly not managers, actually stood out to have better skills, mannerisms and understanding than their managers so they raised the level to acceptable standards.

I stayed at Marriott Mena House and it exceeded all expectations. The location is perfect, just steps away from the Pyramids of Giza, with the most incredible view you can imagine. My room looked directly at the Great Pyramid and waking up to that sight was absolutely unforgettable. The property is well maintained with lush gardens, a beautiful pool, and a blend of modern comfort and historic charm. Service was excellent. Staff were attentive, friendly, and always willing to help. Breakfast overlooking the pyramids was another highlight of my stay. If you visit, I recommend booking a Pyramid View room. It is more expensive but worth every cent for the once-in-a-lifetime experience. Overall, this is the best hotel in Giza and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Cairo.

My group was very nicely welcomed by the Hotel staff. The room service, restaurant, and club waiters are kind and professional. The spa was also good. It is a short distance from the Great Pyramids, and the concierge assisted us in going there safely. All the people we interacted with in the Hotel were kind and served us promptly. I want to mention: Mahmoud, Amal, and Ragab at the restaurant for their outstanding service. The cost was worth booking rooms facing the Pyramids. Very good experience in general at Mena House Hotel in Giza.

It’s all about location! The Marriott Mena House is situated right near the Giza Pyramids, making it ideal for sightseeing and offering easy access to the iconic ruins. However, the building itself is quite old and, while it has been renovated, it still feels outdated rather than impressive. While the property is clean and management does their best to maintain it, the facilities and rooms certainly do not match five-star standards—expect low ceilings, clustered spaces, and a dated ambience. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help, which I truly appreciated. In summary: The location is unbeatable, but the hotel’s structure and facilities are dated. If you’re looking for modern five-star luxury, you may not find it here, but you will experience warm, attentive service and, most importantly, easy access to the Giza Pyramids!
