Not the best conditions, where do I start , the door didn’t have a way to luck the inside, shower never work, towels old and grey stead of white. I didn’t want to have breakfast beacause I ca only imagine the kitchen . Bathroom with mold…. And many more

The staff was friendly and very helpful. They made sure that my needs were met. They helped take a lot of stress off by arranging the taxi from and to the airport. The views from the hotel are incredible. You can see Luxor temple and the Nile river as well as the valley of the kings off in the distance. You can also see the sunrise from the top floor. It was unreal every time I went to my balcony. If you walk out of the front door and immediately turn left and walk like youre going behind the hotel the bazaar is directly next behind it. Theres also an incredible restaurant right behind the hotel too (you do gotta battle the bazaar though) the food is a little more costly but it was some of the freshest food I had in Luxor. I’ll leave a picture of it.

Køleskab var ikke sluttet til og kontakt manglede i vægen. Sæbe dispenser i bruser virkede ikke. Den ene fjernbetjening til tvboks var knækket på midten og virkede ikke altid. Morgenmad var begrænset, kun Nescafe med mindre man ville betale ekstra. Utroligt meget støj udefra gaden. Positivt billigt og centralt men mangler en kærlig hånd...

I was well pleased with the bedroom I was given- overlooked the nile as I requested, Booked taxi was waiting for me at the airport. The breakfast was superb and the view from the restaurant fantastic. the facilities stated on the web site said the hotel susanna had a restaurant serving excellent meals diner especially. However when I asked for dinner in the restaurant I was informed it did not serve dinner only breakfast. This was very annoying as a single lady I did not want to wander around at night and had booked the hotel for this reason. fortunately the hotel nefertiti nearby had a excellent restaurant. The male receptionist took my post cards and I paid extra for someone to take to the PO .To date none of the six postcards have arrived at the Uk / or Germany addresses.

Room was unclean and other then breakfast, there was no food on site.

Hôtel bien placé, de la terrasse vue sur le Nil et Temple de Louxor. Petit déjeuner, mais pas de restaurant dans l'hôtel.

The location is great, just two minutes from the Luxor temple. Unfortunately, the room I got was dirty, below the bed was so much dust that I couldn't breathe properly. The soap dispenser are broken. My room was next to café/ bar where people talk until 3 AM, very noise, I had a hard time sleeping. The staff was ok.

The view of the Luxor Temple and the Nile River from my room balcony was (especially at night) was so nice to see. The building is older and not up to date but that was fine with me. The room and the sheets were clean. The staff were friendly. Helped me with my bags to my room as well. Offered and ordered me dinner since I had such a late arrival. Where ever this was ordered from, it was really good. Great flavors! I only stayed one night because I had a short trip. The area is a little loud at night but it was holiday for them, I was able to sleep through it. I was able to store my luggage and come back to the lobby to wait for my taxi service with no issues.

Poor service in every aspect

The staff is excellent and very friendly, check-in was very easy, they’re happy to help with anything. The breakfast is very good and lots to choose from. They’ll make you an omelette or cappuccino if you want. They serve beer on the roof deck. My room was right on the street so it was noisy from early morning till late at night. Only one electrical outlet worked, and it was in the bathroom. The shower is tiny, it’s just a corner in the bathroom with a curtain around it. The air conditioner was very tricky and it took room service a couple visits to get it working. It’s very close to Luxor Temple and to the big market. they let me extend when my flight got canceled, which was very accommodating.

Perfect location, fantastic staff. Room basic - clean and good value

金額の割にはフタッフ含め良かった。初めて利用する際は入り口が分かりにくいかも。ホテルからの送迎の提案が来るが頼む方が楽。

Kind staff, convenient location

ルクソール神殿が目の前で、カルナック神殿や王家の谷のどへのアクセスは◎ しかし、施設は古く朝食も微妙。 ま、高級ホテル志向の方には不向きです。

Comfortable and clean. Air conditioning. Good bathroom. Balcony view of the Nile and Luxor Temple. Roof top bar. Good breakfast. And the staff were all excellent. Friendly, helpful with good English. Would definitely go to Susanna again.
