Brilliant services by staffs. Plenty of food selection for breakfast. Easily accessible from Underground.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Hotel and room very clean and comfortable . Would stay again . We did have a bit of a problem with the overhead shower but that was probably us - not really an issue as we used the hand held shower head instead.

Had an easy check in… great location with nice clean room …easy access to underground and museums

Great location. 4 mins walk to the tube station. Could be easily reached. Helpful staff. The room was clean and ventilated. Breakfast could be better.

O hotel e extremamente antigo e sem manutenção. A recepção e os funcionários assustaram um pouco na chega o estado. Mas a limpeza foi ótima. Sempre encontramos o quarto limpo e bem arrumado, apesar de sem bem antigo e velho. Localização boa, perto do metro, mercados, starbucks, BK, farmacia!

Very nice hotel with everything you need

The room was really nice but maybe the breakfast could be a bit better for the price you pay. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Excellent location and a very good breakfast selection, with the option to add an extended cooked breakfast at a very reasonable extra cost. Our room was spacious, comfortable, spotlessly clean, and well equipped with tea and coffee-making facilities. We would definitely stay here again. For London, this hotel offered outstanding value for money and truly ticked every box.

Hotellet er enkelt. Noe slitt. Bra beliggenhet med tanke på adkomst fra Heatrow med undergrunnsbanen, og videre inn til sentrum.

Reception staff were very nice and always available. Room was clean and a good standard. We were in a lower ground floor room by the dining room, so could hear a lot of foot traffic in the morning as people went to/from breakfast. Did also hear cleaners discussing our room needing to be vacated by noon right outside our door, which wasn’t the best. We had a do not disturb sign out only to show we hadn’t wanted our room doing before checkout. Unfortunately, our air conditioning was faulty and only blowing hot air. It kept saying “cleaning filter” throughout our stay.

All the hotel was clean and all the staff were friendly and always helpful with all requests As an aged person I was cold and had to double up with duvet to be warm in bed.
