The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. It had everything needed for our short stay. Secondary glazing made sure it was also quiet. Having the tea/ coffee making tray quite high up in a cupboard was a little awkward.

We didn't have breakfast.

The room was clean and quiet. They could use some upgrades, they do look a little dated but clean and simple. The staff was really kind and welcoming, also super helpful. Location is amazing.

It was a good, clean hotel, perfect for a short business trip.

Great place to stay in London, close to the Tube and easy to access everything.

Room was spacious. There are 2 big closets and desk which was very helpful to organize my belongings. Interior was nice, but room and buildings are a little outdated. My phone in the room was not working. And shower/bathtub needs an improvements. Gave me a hard time to get hot water running

Ashburn is an excellent location- heavenly for the tourists! It’s an old establishment with beautiful antique lamps etc. A lounge with red crushed velvet that I swear was there 10 years ago. They have added lovely orchids which were flowering. The staff were warm and friendly- especially Abdi from Somalia, He’s an IT student and devout in his religion. I was jet lagged and spent part Of the night chatting with him!! The breakfast was delicious- I had a made to order mushroom and cheese omelette- chef insisted on 3 eggs. Check out seamless- Bolt ordered (cheapest alternative). Suitcase carried and loaded. Bye Ashburn- see you soon! I hear renovations are in the offing - I do hope it’s still affordable 😊🇬🇧

Isıtma büyük problem. Klima sistemi ısıtma konusunda yetersiz, sesli çalışıyor ve fan ılık üflediği için sabah uyandığınızda boyun-bel tutulması yaşayabilirsiniz. Tv eski kablolu sistem, akıllı tv değil bu nedenle sadece ingiliz kanalları var. Odada olduğunuz sürece canınız sıkılabilir. Mini buzdolabı iyi çalışıyor ancak içinde sadece 2 küçük su var ve günlük yenilenmiyor. Konum olarak tipik mahalle olanakları var: Gloucester Road undergorund (metro) ve Tesco midi market, Boots eczane/kozmetik, KFC, Burger King, Starbucks, Pub, Pret a Manger gibi yiyecek içecek mekanları yürüme mesafesinde. Muhit lüks ve güzel.

Very comfy bed, plenty of pillows and great size. Room was clean and well maintained with good toiletries, teas / coffee / biscuits replenished daily. Powerful shower with good hot water. Breakfast was a little unimaginative and not much choice for a continental and it was quite noisy due to the proximity to the kitchens (I know this can't be helped) and general noise when tables being cleared. Staff very quick to clear (which is a good thing) but at the same time it took away from a 'peaceful' breakfast at times. However, overall a very comfortable stay, great sleep and great location to underground / parks and attractions.

Vi var lige ærlige over at der var en maskine som larmede hele natten så man næsten ikke kunne sove - men pænt værelse - venligt og behjælpelig personale - så rigtig fint hotel - nok bare uheldig med værelset eller tidspunkt

Breakfast offerings are simple but satisfying and varied enough for everyone. The staff is attentive. I had stayed here two years ago and coincidentally, stayed in the same room. I can see a bit of wear and tear, but it's very comfortable. The location is very convenient.

We will not be returning. Our impression of this place is that owners have massively deferred maitenance on the property over the last year, and seem to take no pride or care in the property. It no longer deserves the rating it has. The rooms are inhabitable but at the bare minimum level of clean— not a “4 star boutique” experience as they claim. The property was in horrible condition, including dirty, stained carpet and bed linens, damaged furniture and walls. The breakfast is minimally a continent breakfast with toast, cold cereal, poor quality pastries. The toaster (which setting you aren’t allowed to change!) burns toast black. We wish we spent 50 more pounds for the Doubletree down the road, because we ended up spending that anyways to get a decent breakfast. We would had left had we not already prepaid. The only upsides were that the location was good (2 blocks to the Tube) and staff was friendly short of going out of their way to help you. But none of this justifies the price.

Ashburn Hotel is in a super accessible location in a clean, safe and elegant area of London. It's close to the tube and train stations and I had an easy time getting in to the hotel and traveling around. The breakfast was just darling with tea and coffee, cheeses, meats, fruit, pastries and juices. The staff was incredible and so helpful and I truly appreciate all they did to help me make my stay in Lodon memorable. I absolutely recommend staying here and would do so again.

IT IS OK PLACE FROM ALL THE PROSPECTIVES. JUST CAN`T BE LOUD - WALLS ARE REALY THIN AND ROOMS AREN`T BIG AT ALL.
