I have an overall favourable impression of the hotel's service. When I travelled to London again after a few years, I chose to stay here again. The only difference this time was that I was bitten by dozens of bugs during my stay. Very unfortunate.

리셉션의 남자직원이 너무 공격적이어서 놀랐다. 그 이후엔 잘못했다고 생각했는지 약간 웃음이 돌아왔으나 첫날 저녁의 리셉션은 정말로 최악.ㅠ

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Hotel and room very clean and comfortable . Would stay again . We did have a bit of a problem with the overhead shower but that was probably us - not really an issue as we used the hand held shower head instead.

O hotel e extremamente antigo e sem manutenção. A recepção e os funcionários assustaram um pouco na chega o estado. Mas a limpeza foi ótima. Sempre encontramos o quarto limpo e bem arrumado, apesar de sem bem antigo e velho. Localização boa, perto do metro, mercados, starbucks, BK, farmacia!

Excellent location and a very good breakfast selection, with the option to add an extended cooked breakfast at a very reasonable extra cost. Our room was spacious, comfortable, spotlessly clean, and well equipped with tea and coffee-making facilities. We would definitely stay here again. For London, this hotel offered outstanding value for money and truly ticked every box.

Good location, staff are very helpful and friendly. Room was clean and comfortable. Smaller hotel so do not expect restaurant or full bar. But that’s ok as Gloucester Rd has multiple dining options.

Reception staff were very nice and always available. Room was clean and a good standard. We were in a lower ground floor room by the dining room, so could hear a lot of foot traffic in the morning as people went to/from breakfast. Did also hear cleaners discussing our room needing to be vacated by noon right outside our door, which wasn’t the best. We had a do not disturb sign out only to show we hadn’t wanted our room doing before checkout. Unfortunately, our air conditioning was faulty and only blowing hot air. It kept saying “cleaning filter” throughout our stay.
