酒店除了地点方便其他一无是处，wifi信号强但是网络不好，早餐8:30就结束。 最最讨厌的吵闹，我们房间的窗口对着地下室的屋顶，他们竟然一直开着屋顶的大灯，透过窗帘房间很亮根本无法入睡

Nice breakfast, I really enjoy my stay there. Even though I booked a single room, a triple room is provide that is much bigger and spacious. Convenient, very close to Paddington stop.

No management at all. Everyday same breakfast, Wifi doesn't work well.

Bra och fräscht hotell nära Paddington och bara 10 min promenad till Hyde park. Enda minuset var att man hörde trafik och annat väldigt tydligt från gatan när man skulle sova

First one in the dining room in the morning, two slices of toast and then ignored while others were served. Room was dusty and a bit tired.

I enjoyed my stay at Balmoral House Hotel. It's been a while since I could stay somewhere that does a full English breakfast! It's very convenient for the local shops, train and tube, especially the Elizabeth line. My room was cleaned daily and the staff are very welcoming.The sole quibble I have is that there wasn't a shelf to put soap and shampoo on in the shower. It's a small thing, but it makes it easier to manage.

Hôtel à coté des commodités et transports (bus et metro) Accueil tres agréable, service petite dejeuner parfait. Le petit dejeuner est copieux avec choix. Chambre nettoyée tous les jours du sejour. Possibilité de laisser ses bagages avant la reception de la chambre et après remise de la clef. Très bon sejour pour nous.

The room is clean but needs a table or shelf to organize personal stuff. The location is very convenient to public transportation. The staff are fantastic. I will recommend & come back again.

Down in London for a rugby weekend and as always stayed in Paddington. It's pretty central and within walking distance of all the sights which was really handy as there was a tube strike throughout our visit. Sussex Gardens is just off the main street and set back from the road by gardens so nice and quiet at night. The hotel was nice and our room was spacious for a twin with comfortable beds and a small ensuite shower and toilet. Furnishings and layout are not modern like the big chain hotels but it is clean and tidy, with daily housekeeping and fresh towels etc and the staff on reception and in the breakfast room were pleasant and friendly. The only downside is there is no lift so it's not suitable if stairs are an issue as the rooms are over 5 floors. We've stayed at a few hotels on this road and they are all very similar in price and facilities and don't disappoint.

Great walking distance from Paddington station. Many stores and restaurants nearby. The only thing that the bathrooms were too small. But for one day stay, it was good.

Helpful & informative reception and a comfortable nights sleep

Breakfast was good, room was cramped and bathroom was small, but price was reasonable. Location was ideal.

Friendly welcome, comfortable room. Convenient for Paddington Station.
