발모럴 하우스 호텔

에어컨 없고, 엘베도 없어요. 그리고 불친절합니다. 에어컨표시가 되어 있길래 예약한건데, 조그만 선풍기 하나 꺼내주고, 방과 욕실은 너무 작아요

5인 가족이 방 2개를 몇달 전에 예약했는데, 1층과 4층이였어요. 엘리베이터가 없습니다. 런던이 워낙 숙소들이 작기는 한데, 여기도 마찬가지였고, 특히 3인실이 작았어요. 아침식사는 평이했지만, 친절했습니다. 4층 객실은 수압이 너무 낮아서, 사용하는 동안 조마조마했어요. 만약 다시 런던에 간다면, 다른 곳을 예약하고 싶습니다. 지내는 동안 너무 힘들었어요.

패딩턴역 근처라 대중교통 이용하기가 쉬웠고 근처에 식당과 마트도 많아서 편리합니다.하우스 호텔이라 객실은 작지만 조용하고 깨끗하고 조식은 따뜻하게 조리된걸 바로 차려주어서 먹기좋았어요. 짐도 보관해주니 잠만자고 여행하기 바쁜 우리가족에겐 좋았어요.

So I stayed in a single room (5th floor and no elevator). It was tiny and the condition of the furnitures were not good at all. Maybe my room was on 5th floor, the water pressure was not enough to have a shower. Yet, they had separate 'shower room' right beside the room where I took shower instead of my washroom. Staffs were kind and helpful. Also, the location is excellent where the tube station is within 5 min. walking distance. I have no idea how the family room or double room are like but a single room in Balmoral House hotel? Not recommended.

Helpful & informative reception and a comfortable nights sleep

Breakfast was good, room was cramped and bathroom was small, but price was reasonable. Location was ideal.

Two good things to say about this hotel are the location and the beds. Both super and worth 5 stars! :) However, the breakfast is not worth mentioning, it ends already at 8:30 am and there is not seats enough for all guests (so allow time to wait). The staff are kind, but seems too busy, as they wait staring at you eating, ready to clean the table the second you have put the empty glass there. The bed sheets were clearly washed and nice, but there were hairs on the pillow and sheet, and the carpet on the floor was not very clean. We found things under the beds, and a toenail from a former guest next to the night table. So we were not impressed by that. So if you are not demanding a clean room with a good breakfast, but just need a central place to sleep for a fair price, I can recommend this hotel.

Great service and nice little breakfast

Great location, very average hotel. Room was a good size but bathroom was tiny, could hardly use the toilet! Furniture dated and room very basic. Cooked breakfast was fairly poor quality, although they offered fruit and juice. Overall feels like a hostel. Great location near Paddington and Hyde Park.

Helt greit bed and breakfast. Kun English breakfast til frokost, ikke noe særlig annet å velge i. Små rom, men gode senger. Bittelite bad. Kjempehyggelig betjening, da. Og super beliggenhet. Stille og rolig.

Hotel was clean and within easy walk of transport links. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The location was very convenient and the room and stair way areas were all very clean. We hadn't realised we would be on the 4th floor and one of us was nearly 80! Breakfast was passable, more options for cereals would be appreciated, though there was fresh fruit. For London, good value accommodation

パディントン駅から徒歩10分で交通の便が良く、スタッフも親切で快適に過ごせました。荷物はチェックアウト前後で預かってもらえたので滞在時間一杯まで観光できて助かりました、部屋と朝食は可もなく不可もなくという感じでした。

I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The service was excellent, the room was comfortable, and the atmosphere was very welcoming. I would definitely come back!

L ' hotel è in una posizione ottima, molto tranquilla, ben servita da treni, autobus e metro. Molte le possibilità di ristorazione. Le stanze sono davvero piccole, i bagni minuscoli anche se recentemente rinnovati. In base a quanti siete prendete sempre una stanza con un letto in più altrimenti è difficile starci e appoggiare le cose. La colazione è molto basica e servita dalle 7 alle 8:30, orario davvero limitante. Personale gentile e disponibile. Pulizia nella media inglese, bisogna avere un po' di spirito di accettazione.

Comfortable hotel close to paddington Train station. Stayed in a single room, which was clean and tidy. Nice shower. Room was small but perfectly fine for a one night stay. Breakfast was included.
