一次很好的體驗，同事遺漏了護照在房間，發現後致電酒店，服務員迅速協助並找回，非常感謝 服務員態度亦相當友善 位置在地鐵站旁邊，相當方便

鐵路旁，睡眠質素差，有數天要問取浴巾！

Excellent staff, room was tidy, right across from the underground station

Very warm welcome with the Front Desk staff recognising me as a regular. The new restaurant's offers were clearly displayed and i was given a brief tour. Room, first time a single one, was spacious with a good amount of space to spread belongings out. All clean, functioning and everything there that you'd need.

Nice hotel in good location, pleasant staff, slept well. good selection of continental breakfast available.

Wonderful staff. Basic and clean room. Decent bed. I would suggest adding a small refrigerator to the room. Great for direct access to the Piccadilly line into downtown. A safe neighborhood, great coffee shop at Poison Ivy coffee.

I must highlight Patrick's professional and dedicated attention to addressing our requests. There's no access to Netflix or YouTube, which is the worst thing about this hotel.

The hotel is in a great location, very convenient for shopping and transportation. Staff are very helpful and fantastic. The property needs some work. The carpets are all stained in the hallway and rooms. The plumbing needs some work and the floors screeches a lot. They should really renovate the hotel as thats the only problem with the hotel

Workmen outside my room from 11pm to 2 am. They were working for TFL and nothing to do with the hotel , but even so, I didnt get any sleep until they had finished as they had flood lights on an

Dirty, leaks and running water. Carpets filthy, garbage outside window from other residence, stains on sheets. Simply the worst and not a good look for this brand at all. Will question stays in Best Western from now on. Price for accommodation simply ridiculous.

Low standard from American point of view. I moved 3 times to different rooms. There’s always something wrong with it the room. One room there’s only hot water no cold. One room no shelves to put ur toiletries. Staff were good very accommodating
