베스트 웨스턴 노스필즈 일링 호텔

새로 만든 호텔같습니다. 방 넓고, 따뜻하고 역에서 가까워서 꽤 편리합니다. 기차소리가 좀 시끄럽긴 한데, 가격대비로 생각하면 꽤 괜찮습니다. 가격대비 괜찮은 호텔입니다. 런던에 오래된 싼 호텔 잘못걸리면 황당합니다. 싼 호텔 중 괜찮은 호텔입니다.

지하철 역 바로 앞이지만 소음이 거의 없이 조용히 지낼수 있었습니다. 냉장고가 없어 조금 불편한 것을 제외하고는 모든 점이 만족스러웠습니다.

The hotel is in a great location, very convenient for shopping and transportation. Staff are very helpful and fantastic. The property needs some work. The carpets are all stained in the hallway and rooms. The plumbing needs some work and the floors screeches a lot. They should really renovate the hotel as thats the only problem with the hotel

Workmen outside my room from 11pm to 2 am. They were working for TFL and nothing to do with the hotel , but even so, I didnt get any sleep until they had finished as they had flood lights on an

Dirty, leaks and running water. Carpets filthy, garbage outside window from other residence, stains on sheets. Simply the worst and not a good look for this brand at all. Will question stays in Best Western from now on. Price for accommodation simply ridiculous.

Low standard from American point of view. I moved 3 times to different rooms. There’s always something wrong with it the room. One room there’s only hot water no cold. One room no shelves to put ur toiletries. Staff were good very accommodating

Very friendly staff, unfortunately the bar and restaurant weren’t open when we stayed but plenty of local options for food and drink, would stay there again

It was a nice hotel, very clean. But the breakfast was a huge disappointment. It was a continental but barely even that, I wish I had known before as I wouldn’t have paid extra for it.

Prima hotel om te overnachten met een basic ontbijt.Voordeel is dat het dichtbij de metro zit.

Excellent service. Clean, comfortable and convenient rooms and amenities. Great location.

Much better than I expected. Our king room was a decent size with a nice big bathroom. Window was small but the lighting was nice a bright. We stayed to attend a concert at Gunnersbury park, easy 15 to 20 min walk.

First of all, just to say – I don’t speak English, so I’m writing this review with a translation app. The location was fantastic – only a few minutes from both the station and the bus stop, which made travelling around really easy. The staff were all very friendly, and I’d especially like to thank the manager, Mr Sandeep (apologies if I got the name wrong!), for all his help during my stay. The room had air conditioning, which was brilliant and kept me comfortable even on the hotter days. The only small issue was the shower room – it hadn’t been cleaned properly, and when I used it, the water started backing up. I ended up clearing the drain myself. Apart from that, everything else was great. If there had been a microwave, it would have been absolutely perfect! The price was very reasonable, and I was really grateful that the hotel kindly kept my luggage safe for me on check-out day. Nearby, there’s a small supermarket and a few tasty fish and chip shops. I had really wanted to try the kebab shop just along the same street as the hotel, but unfortunately it seemed to be closed during my stay. All in all, I really enjoyed my time here and would happily stay again the next time I visit the UK. Hopefully by then there’ll be a microwave too! Thank you very much.

Excellent service, warm welcome. Plates and cutlery loaned for our takeaway from a local restaurant. Early check-in offered as rooms were ready. This really helped my octogenarian mother who'd had a long drive up to London. Wifi excellent access. Location superb for tube and buses and all the different food and drink venues. Everything was clean. One of our 2 rooms is beginning to show signs of wear and tear but I've no doubt it's on their list of renovations.

Softer pillows would be good but a very nice area and nice place to stay.

The location was excellent and the staff on the service desk were amazing and did all they could to make our stay easy

Location was perfect for us as we were staying for an event and it is also close to Heathrow which we were flying out from. The hotel is definitely older, stained carpets and you could tell it needs a bit of TLC. Our room had a blind stuck on with velcro as I assume the original blind had been broken. But for the 2 nights we stayed, it was fine and would recommend to others for short stays. Just don't expect much.

There was no one to greet at reception. I got upgraded to a superking room but the bed was not superking. There was also wood lice on the window sills and found some in one of the corners of the room. Room was very spacious and so was the wet room but first time staying in a hotel that doesn’t provide shower gel

Always a pleasure. Have stayed there 18 times and the hotel decor improves with every visit. Will come again.
