Its a big but old hotel. Just need to stay for one or two days is ok, cos only 20 min. free wifi can be used, thats unbelievable in 2021.

It’s big hotel, a bit old, but you can see it was very nice when it was built. Room is bigger than other places, it was quite good for me to have a business trip stay, look at the price you won’t find any better. I am recommending this place for just a night short stay, this is not premium hotel, but nice.

Except the venue is convenient, I don’t think it is enough room facilities inside with wifi. The facilities are too old

NEAR BUS STOP, ROOM IS SPACIOUS BUT A BIT DUSTY. NO REFRIGERATOR.

Great value. Clean and comfortable. Quiet

Room, bathroom, checking and location wise was all OK. Bed was not that comfortable.

Check in was extremely slow. Room itself was fine.

Room was massive.

Key selling proposition of the hotel is amazing location, around the high street next to Coventry bus stop which makes it very convenient to explore around the city centre. Hassle free commute to in and around the city makes the hotel’s location quite lucrative. Hotel is dated but has well maintained clean rooms. However, far end rooms can be quite noisy until late night hours. Hotel staff is friendly and check in’s are always quick and hassle free. Overall a great value for money specifically for business trips.

Hotel Need to have fresh looking , looks run down, lifts in a poor state. All floors should have ice point.

Website says no dogs / cats .. yet dogs were in and out ...

It is in the middle of town but seems more like a nightclub, has bouncers on the door and if you haven’t got a passport or driving licence not allowed on the premises not even to drop off luggage. Very intimidating especially when already paid for. Room- underwhelming but as expected for the price. Lift didn’t work but can’t fault the staff on that. Sheets clean but a double room I expect a double bed not two singles put together.

Its winter, my room was too cold for comfort. Heaters not working properly

Great location, pleasant room, though a very long queue at check-in, everyone waiting till 3, and only two members of staff

Room and corridor stank of weed Staff were so rude on check in, refused to give me a room key because for some reason expedia put down 2 adults for a family room and not 1 adult and two kids. Took ages to get some sense out of them. Made me feel like an inconvenience and a pain. Was freezing and no hot water for a shower in the morning, turns out the boiler had broken, all we got was a sorry and tough luck basically.

The reception staff were completly unhelpful. Had a double room booked and ended up in a twin room on the 7th floor. No heating, no hot water. Dirty room drawer tops had glass/cup stains. Discarded deo spray top on the floor. Mentioned the water/heating to reception staff and was told it was on a timer? I have pics that can be sent. Very disappointed and angry.
