進房間之後，上完廁所衛後既面對水壓問題。3點45分左右出門逛街，5點20分左右回來，酒店負責人大發雷霆驅趕客人，並說要報警

我覺得平和方便，其他沒什麼好

Classic hotel but old, looks a bit dusty but actually its quite clean especially the bath and the table. Size of the room and bath is big, location is near National Express bus station and China town so it is very convenient, no complaint. My room's window is facing the a busy road, so if you're sensitive to noise, it is better to ask for a quite room. Staffs are helpful and nice.

This is the worse experience in this hotel. It was noisy all night. The staff knocked my door at 10pm while i was sleeping and asking me whether i am showing with lots of water on the floor because downstair is leaking. I am sorry but i think the crack on the bathroom wall caused this problem thousands of times before. It was not my fault, i finished my shower 30mins ago and the bathroom has no water on the floor

Room was ok but very tatty. Only discovered late at night upon returning to room that none of the sockets in room worked. Couldn’t make a hot drink or charge phones. Shower not working - cold water only. Cheap hotel but fundamental stuff (not luxury extras) not working. Reported it to reception in the morning but got the standard ‘we can only apologise sir’ response. Won’t be going back.

spacious rooms bed a bit uncomfortable hotel could do with a lick of paint and modernised large breakfast area with all you can eat buffet style food service good.

Room was good. No amenities provided. Staff was really friendly.

Room could use an update, especially shower

Got there had no id so they said I couldn't stay and they will cancel the reservation and I can get my money back was upset because it was my partners birthday

Good room accomadating

The room wasn’t clean. In the bathroom, along the edges of the walls and floors, there were pubic hairs. There were paint stains on the floor. The doors into the corridors slammed all through the night. The walls were thin and I could hear other customers in the night. I tried to raise the issue of paint on the floor because it looked like it was something else, and I got asked why I hadn’t told them earlier and scolded. (I had a meeting so I had to run out). Eventually a higher member of staff offered to change my room or have someone come and clean the paint stains. The staff were nice for the most part, but I was quite upset with the way I was spoken to initially, and then also the pubic hair stuck to the walls in the bathroom.

Considering i checked in online to make it easier when you get there, you still have to check in again when you get there. The double toom.was very basic and smell fusty. Even the bedding didn't smell fresh. The bathroom shower leaked all over the floor flooding the bathroom

The building is really nice and located very central so you’re just a walk away from bars, restaurants, and shops. The staff were all lovely and very helpful. The room itself was great! We opted for the no window double room but ended up having a window anyway and the room was a really good size. Powerful shower and really clean bathroom. Only downside was that the bed wasn’t the comfiest and there wasn’t a light, only lamps but that didn’t really bother us. Bar downstairs is great with pool tables and lots of screens for sports matches and prices were good. No complaints, definitely worth it for the price!

bed was full of bed bugs which i figured out once i arrived home and was covered in bites

Convenient and helpful Staff

Great hotel in a fantastic location. Room clean and tidy and fantastic service from the staff

I wanted to have a game of pool in hotel bar at 6:30 pm Sunday evening with my son.but i was told that kid's were not allowed in the bar.my son was very upset... Also i had to put a chair against the main door in room because it kept making noises like it was going to open...

Værelset var super utilfredsstillende. Vinduet var utæt, hvilket resulterede i konstant kulde og voldsomt meget larm fra gaden. Der var forsøgt at sætte et skydevindue op, men det dækkede kun 1/3 af vinduet, så det hjalp selvsagt ikke. Derudover var døren til gangen heller ikke lydisolerende. Hver nat blev vi vækket af andre gæster, som råbte og bankede på hinandens døre for at blive lukket ind efter en bytur. Den ene aften lød det som om, at en overbo næsten smadrede deres værelse, og alt rungede og rystede på vores værelse. Det ene håndklæde var beskidt, da vi tjekkede ind. Beliggenheden var god og personalet var også venlige og imødekommende da vi tjekkede ind, men resten var ikke pengene værd.
