I booked 3-single-bed room, and Hotel.Com also confirm my booking, but they only assign me a double bed + single bed room, it's total different, because we have 3 adult stay in one room， the room is also very hot only have a small fan. Anyway, it's a very bad experience

I dont mind hearing the train, as it will stop after 12, not start until 5:30 (yes, I can tell). But the fridge keep making noise. I have stayed for 2 nights and I will never come back

The front desk staff seemed uninterested in his job. Barely sat up from his lounging. The room was minuscule. Barely fit the very narrow bed. The shower was mostly inaccessible due to be wedged in the corner of the bathroom between the door and the toilet. There were no toiletries save a wall-mounted liquid soap dispenser. The room was uncomfortably warm even with the desktop style circulating fan on. The bed was very hard, and about the width of a child’s bed. If that. I was so disappointed I checked out early and found alternate accommodations for the following night. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, even a stranger on a budget. Dreadful experience. Absolutely disappointed and discouraged. I will not be returning to it or any of its adjoining hotels.

Ideal für eine Städtereisen. Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral an Paddington Station, Bushaltestellen sind sehr nah. In der Umgebung sind viele Geschäfte und Restaurants. Das Hotel selbst ist sehr sauber, die Mitarbeiter freundlich. Typisches Frühstücksbuffet,alles ausreichend vorhanden.

Absolutely recommend staying here! The staff were great- always kind and welcoming. The hotel allows you to leave your luggage prior to check in as well so you can sight see if you arrive early. The room was very clean. The hotel was in a safe and convenient area (3 minute walk from the Paddington station). As a solo female traveler I never felt uncomfortable or unsafe in the area, even at night. The only thing I would suggest future guests to keep in mind is that due to the short distance from the station, you can hear the tube from the rooms. If you decide to go to sleep earlier this might be a problem for light sleepers- it never bothered me however. Overall I had an amazing stay here and would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Lovely hotel

It was a convenient location. I was on the fourth floor and the stairs seem to get narrower as you went up. If you have heavier suitcases you might ask to be on a lower floor. There wasn’t any hot water in the evening and the shower in the morning was warm without having the cold water turned on.

Ældre hotel, standard morgenmad, rent, fint WI-FI. Dejligt område med masser af restauranter og tæt på Paddington station med forbindelse direkte til Heathrow. Hotellet ligger ovenpå Tube så man kan høre togene men man lægger ikke mærke til dem efter kort tid. De kører ikke om natten

A localização do hotel é excelente. Perto da estação Paddington, que conecta várias linhas, é muito fácil ir para qualquer lugar de Londres e voltar, além de vários restaurantes nas redondezas. O quarto é bem pequeno, mas não foi um problema, pois não fiquei muito tempo nele. Mesmo assim, é bastante confortável e limpo diariamente. Às vezes, era possível sentir as vibrações dos trens vindo da estação, mas nada muito absurdo. O custo-benefício é excelente.

Trevlig och snabb frukostpersonal. Rummet var lagom rymligt för priset. Väldigt litet badrum. Gratis toalettartiklar består endast av duschtvål. Lyhört. Väskor kan lämnas i förvaring över dagen i receptionen utan kostnad. Nära till buss och Paddington stationen. Bor alltid här när jag är u London.

The hotel’s very well located, a few steps from Paddington Station in a nice square, but very noisy with spring loaded doors slamming all morning and evening.

Muitas lojas por perto, Wi-Fi limitado se não pagar a mais. Porém tudo certo pra quem não vai trabalhar do quarto

Just had another one-night stay at The Dolphin Hotel, where I get a good welcome and a small room that is ideal for my brief stay. The room was clean and I appreciate the en-suite loo & shower and also the in-room coffee & tea making facility. The Hotel position is great for local shops and restaurants and more, as well as being near to Paddington Station, where there are Underground and Bus connections.
