Everything was okay. The check out clerks Nivin/ Sruthi made it better. Made latte, provided water, cookies and check airport coach time of arrival. They also provided directions on how to get there. All of this made our departure easy.

Had a brilliant stay, the room was clean, the bed really comfortable and customer service was great, you even get given warm Hilton cookies upon checking in. Really nice hotel and parking isn't too shabby either. The hotel is a stones throw from the town centre

Spacious room and bathroom. Decor a little tired but a comfortable bed.
Smart tv but only Samsung tv options available. We couldn't find a way to log into Netflix or access Youtube.
