很晚才辦理入住手續竟然被安排非常吵鬧的房間，周邊不斷聽到走動的躁音。服務人員卻缺乏同理心，更換房間時態度不耐，櫃檯人員作業生疏 需在旁supervisor逐步提點教導，十分不專業。

The location was great, good for shopping, dinning and the underground (tube) but the room was a bit old and not too modern. The breakfast was fair and the staffs are nice and helpful. Overall is good on my personal comment.

I’ve booked 16 Jan to 24 Jan and had advised that I need to late check in on early 17 morning. However, when we arrived, the hotel cannot provide room to us. We need to wait after 14:00. I paid for one more night but received nothing. hotel said that they’ve refunded one night payment. I’m now requesting you to refund the payment to us including all taxes and any other expenses generated from this.

酒店位置非常好，房間大小也是合理，浴室太小，有點窄，毛巾架太高，不太方便，而且沒有䐘毛巾架。 我們的房間在電梯旁邊及樓梯囗位置，很嘈，電梯不時癹出高頻聲音，十分刺耳，房間在二樓向著一個地盆及牆壁，很焗促。 洒店職員很有善及有禮。

Only comment is the tap water character is different from what using in home. alway feel sleek on skin after wash..... But, it's okay just not familiar with its character.

地点没得说了，这个价格能在伦敦住到这种地理位置客房服务挺难得的，取行李的时候礼宾部还帮忙给6个人定一个车直接送到火车站，总体这次入住非常满意

Nice hotel in a great location, very slow service in the reception. I had booked a premium room, but it was located on the lower ground floor. Nice room, but no window to open and noise from the street outside and employees using a washing machine which was placed just outside the room.

Very clean and modern. Excellent staff Breakfast was very expensive and not much selection of beer/ale

Lots of shops nearby but hard to find the local restaurants. Staff couldn’t give directions. Service charge was high on everything including serve your own breakfast!

Quiet room. Possible to open the window slightly which i like

The room was clean but the outside noise is too much.. it makes hard to sleep

Staff good, rooms small side, rooms noisy close to road and wasn’t finished (painted/gaps around architrave) , no kettle/biscuits Value for money versus premier Inn, not good, would stay at Premier Inn.

Very helpful and friendly staff - nothing was too much trouble. Room very clean, and well stocked (bathroom items, tea, coffee etc). Ideal location. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend!
