더블트리 바이 힐튼 런던 마블 아치는 런던 쇼핑을 위한 관광객들에게는 더 없이 좋은 위치이다. 하지만, 저녁에 피곤을 달래고 조용히 쉬고 싶다면.. 템즈강변의 호텔이 더 좋지 않을까 싶은 생각도 든다. 중심부에 위치한 호텔인 만큼 방이 굉장히 작은 편이나 객실 상태나 침대는 안락하고 좋았다.

Very helpful and friendly staff - nothing was too much trouble. Room very clean, and well stocked (bathroom items, tea, coffee etc). Ideal location. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend!

Staff very friendly and helpful - nothing was too much trouble. Nice clean room, with plenty of amenities. Welcome cookie was also a really nice touch!

Room & bathroom were very cramped

The staff was helpful especially the first when we checked in late and got us dinner and drinks before the bar closed. The room was great and the beds were super comfortable. I would definitely stay there again.

Very dated. Small rooms, overpriced. Terrible condition of the hotel in general, very surprising for a doubletree. I would never stay here again. Been to nicer bedsits.

We had the best stay at the Doubletree in Marble Arch! The hotel is in the perfect location (close to shops, restaurants, the best neighborhoods in London!), it’s lovely with a beautiful lobby, restaurant, and comfortable room. The staff at this hotel are superb! They went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. They were so attentive to any needs we had, so friendly and welcoming - we miss our home away from home in London & will definitely be back!!

Good for one night stay.

The rooms and elevators are much too small; the hallways much too narrow. The disabled sntry lift was out of order and took five working days to get fixed. In my opinion the problem was quite small. But the effort to complete it also very small. I will not return to this place.
