We had the best stay at the Doubletree in Marble Arch! The hotel is in the perfect location (close to shops, restaurants, the best neighborhoods in London!), it’s lovely with a beautiful lobby, restaurant, and comfortable room. The staff at this hotel are superb! They went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. They were so attentive to any needs we had, so friendly and welcoming - we miss our home away from home in London & will definitely be back!!

The rooms and elevators are much too small; the hallways much too narrow. The disabled sntry lift was out of order and took five working days to get fixed. In my opinion the problem was quite small. But the effort to complete it also very small. I will not return to this place.

Hotel on the face is clean and modern but not on the other site of your door. Room fixtures were VERY dated with a couch that looked as if it had been found on the street. The main issue was there had been water damage to the bathroom at some point. the window paint was flaked and had been for some time, the window covering had been removed and never replaced and as the toilet had a glass door the light streamed in and no way to shut out. The quality of the breakfast was poor, milk was off, part cooked food. Staff were good and worked tiressly.

This property is my new favorite hotel in London. The staff went above and beyond to make my stay as enjoyable as possible. The rooms had ample space and great soaking tub, coffee maker and great housekeeping. The bartenders made the best passion fruit martinis. 10/10. Can’t wait to stay again.

This property is my new favorite hotel in London. The staff went above and beyond to make my stay as enjoyable as possible. The rooms had ample space and great soaking tub, coffee maker and great housekeeping. The bartenders made the best passion fruit martinis. 10/10. Can’t wait to stay again.
