A lovely hotel, ideally located near Euston station. Smart, spotless room with a generously sized en suite with shower.
Quiet, given its proximity to such a busy main road.
Staff were friendly and helpful.
I was able to leave luggage with them after I'd checked out which was a great help (I was able to collect just before catching my train).
I didnt use the restaurant this time, but it was busy, which is always a good sign.
I was very pleased with my stay here and will stay again and will recommend to others.

Location is excellent, easily accessible to different Subway lines.

The hotel is right at the corner of a busy street and above the metro. Excellent location but very noisy (you can hear ambulance siren all the time, because it's across the street from the University of London's hospital.

火車站LONDON EUSTON，underground Euston站 行5分鐘，Euston square站 1分鐘，Warren St.站2分鐘。行3,4分鐘就有幾間超市。仲有巴士可選擇
2. 因為舊樓改裝，走廊窄，房間細，要打開兩個大行李箱，就冇路行。只有小枱面，冇柜。浴室是全玻璃門，抽氣扇強度隋光暗增減，所以睡覺時，調暗就抽氣好弱，洗左衫就好難乾，就算開大冷氣也一樣。
3. 入住時浴室馬桶上方有一扇窗，窗前有一凹位，嚇然發現有一條男裝內褲

we stayed 4 nites. Room was not cleaned. I checked in around 9:00pm. The shower gel bottle and the shampoo bottle in the bathroom were broken.
There were hairs on the floor of the shower room. This condition keep on for every day. Towels were yellowish and don't feel clean.

A few things I hadn't expected, such as the double room being very small and the bathroom being a glass cubicle within the bedroom. However, staff were amazing and really took care of us, finding us an alternative room that was much better suited to our needs. Great breakfast too, with good vegetarian choices. Can't praise the staff enough!

The room was very dirty / the headboard was badly stained. I was charged a 3% service charge that I was not informed about; I asked for the charge to be refunded and it has not been. I made the booking via a third party and the invoice total was less than the amount paid, the staff were very unhelpful. I would not recommend this hotel

Very basic hotel to be honest… more like a youth hostel in terms of amenities. Room wasn’t great - but it served a purpose. Shower was great to use, but very smelly when not in use.

We didn’t have any hot water in the bathroom and we were woken up by a faulty fire alarm in our room at 1am and 6am, hotel didnt give us a proper refund considering this disruption, would not recommend.
