Excellent wifi, clean and modern showers. Great location.

Visited for one night as a group, had three rooms between us. I had a superior (nice, big shower and clean enough, though was slightly concerned by the spongy floor under the shower-potential rot?) My friend had a standard with a window, and that was similar to ours, not so big & no spongy floor. Last friend had a room without a window & while it was cheap we wouldn’t expect black mould and damp smell. While waiting to go out for breakfast in the lobby, i overheard a male staff member complaining to his colleague about someone complaining about their room and he said “the only way to book a nice room here is to get superior”. From our experience we would concur. Yes this is definitely a budget hotel (for london) but i wouldn’t expect mouldy rooms.

The room had a very strong damp/mould smell coming from the bathroom. This appeared to be a lot of black mould in the shower, quite a few beetles in the bathroom in general. Front of house staff were all very pleasant though.

Had an enjoyable five night stay in June with a friend in one of the two twin bed rooms, facing the interior of the building, so very quiet, albeit a small space. Our room was ready for us when we arrived early, which was a huge bonus and very appreciated. We were here during a heatwave, so the air conditioning in the room was a true lifesaver. The "closet" was a wooden bar with four clothes hangers sticking straight out from the wall as you walk in the door. A note about our bathroom was that it was not well proportioned. The giant shower took of two thirds of the space and had no storage of any kind inside of it (it did have great water pressure though). The sink was a foot across at absolute most, with very little counter space to hold anything. The sliding door/wall was lightly frosted glass, but not all the way to the floor which was a little odd, so don't expect total privacy in there. Lastly, the electronics in our room weren't operating properly. One of the lamps by the bed had burnt out and the "suitepad" that controlled the TV never worked. We were able to plug an HDMI cable into it and watch our own shows though. For most of the requests we did make, the staff were very accommodating and attentive. The hotel is in a fantastic location for travel around London since it's so near to the Euston Square and Warren Street underground stations and many buy stops. Lots of food options and grocery stores within walking distance as well.

For the price point I would expect scrupelously clean and spotless accomodation. Unfortunately not. The bedroom entrance to the bathroom has untidy and bendy boards, black mould in the shower, paint missing from hallways and so on. There is a better finish at a premier inn.

There were bugs in the bed. Hotel would not give a full refund. They said they would be getting pest control to confirm before they can give refund. But didn’t not arrange this and said they can only give 30% refund

Fairly basic hotel but fit for purpose and good value for the price

O hotel nã é nada como parece nas fotografias. É um hotel com bom aspecto por fora mas podre por dentro. O quarto com as paredes rachadas, tinha o mais básico possível. Muito fraco mesmo, por 270€ que paguei por noite, acho inadmissível. O lavatório do wc era do tamanho de 2 mãos, tão mas tão pequeno que ao lavar as mãos a água ia toda por fora. o pequeno armário do wc, todo partido, horrível, com péssimo aspecto. As janelas completamente sem isolamento, ouve-se literalmente tudo lá de fora, muito muito ruidoso. Felizmente não marquei pequeno almoço pois acho que me teria arrependido. Não recomendo nada este hotel! Podia ser um hotel com poucos luxos e quartos pequenos, mas o hotel está simplesmente podre e degradado e cobram preços de um hotel bom. Staff de check in e check out nada atenciosos. Pessimo!

Great place

A perfectly pleasant hotel but what is with it with the glass fronted bathrooms? Never pleasant. Check in was a clart but apart from that all good.

Fantastic service ! Was allowed to check in a bit early as room was ready. I am 8months pregnant and the lovely staff brought me up a complimentary fruit platter to my room ! Overall great hotel and fantastic staff, very helpful.

Close to Euston and underground stations. Clean and modern room. Air con was a bonus as it’s very hot in London at the moment. Decent hotel for a short stay or event.

My daughter travelled to London for a concert at Wembley Stadium and was allowed to check in early with no extra cost and staff was really really helpful

Clean and modern, close to tine stations, Tesco/M&S/Sainsburys and Greggs or Pret. Really appreciated the air conditioning!

Shocking place! Not good value for money at all. Air con buzzes every 30 minutes, the double glazed windows are not noise proof at all. Right next to a main road & constant noise from traffic, ambulance noise from the near by hospital, no sound blocking at all, and to add to it all the shower drips!! The shower tray is mouldy, the wood is swollen around the sink where it is damp, and the bed is the most uncomfortable bed I’ve ever slept in

Decent hotel for business travellers that won’t spend much time in the room.

Clean room with ample space for an overnight stay. Great distance from Euston Station and easy walking distance to Kings Cross & St Pancras stations.

Good stay and good location but Best regards aware; steps to front door with heavy case are tricky. Discovered lift next to door much later but looked like it wasn’t available use and no instruction obvious. I booked it cos of air con on hottest weekend but air con was pathetic and windows are locked/sealed shut. Noise still coming from bathroom window. The frosted glass screening shower was still a bit revealing at night with lights on. I took sucker hooks and hung clothes across the plain glass part of the screen for privacy. Lovely twin room tho. Same as on website. Good space and view of Kraft streets. Felt like we were going for a job interview when sitting down at reception table (unusual) 😀 Overall just a few niggles but generally a good experience thank you. Would stay again!

The rooms are small but modern. Location is great. Easy access to Warren street tube, UCL hospital and the British Lobrary
