Overpriced for a tiny room that is falling apart. Hotel looks great from the outside, but that good feeling ends once you step into the room. Smallest room I have EVER seen, the shower is worst - even a smaller man like me couldn't turn around comfortably without opening the door. It also sinks around 3 inches down the floor, so it is harder to get in and out. All wooden parts are either peeling or cracking - got a minor cut from wood splinter at the bathroom door. The only "table" could only fit 70% of my 13" laptop, ridiculous. Window literally leaks - chilling wind blows in at night with no way to shut off noise. TV is completely dead - no channel has any reception at all. The bigger rooms might be better, but the single room should be avoided. You have to pay me to stay for over a week. This is actually the most expensive room per night on my trip, and by far the worst one. I have stayed at another hotel on the previous week (2 tube stations away), and it was way better while being ~20% cheaper per night. Location is great and the area seems safe, but there are better choices.

The room is super tiny, but the location is excellent, easy to get around the city and the airport and train stations. The staff is helpful, but the walls are very thin so it is strongly recommended to bring ear plugs.

Bad service and toilet so small, poor quality but charging expensive, not valued at all, not recommended!

Comfortable stay and close to the train station

La habitación estaba muy bien. Estuvimos muy cómodos. El baño era un poco pequeño pero fue suficiente. Todo estaba muy limpio. El personal es muy agradable. La zona es tranquila y muy bonita. Volvería sin dudarlo.

We were pleasently impressed with the size of the family room and a big bonus was 2 single beds for our sons, not a sofa bed or double. So, we had 1 double and 2 singles. The beds were very comfy, a lot better than some hotels/apartments we have stayed. However, the room was far too hot, the radiator was on all night and the heat made it so uncomfortable to sleep. One if the single beds is against the radiator and window, my son was the hottest of us all. We did open the window, but not much as we were on the top floor, i was concered if my son sat up, moved near the window he could have fallen out, there needed a safety guard, this is the family room or better still turn the heating in the rooms down, there are lots of reviews about how hot the rooms are. The bed also broke in the morning, one of us sat on the edge to put socks on and it collasped. Just screws fell out, but there should be maintenance to ensure the beds are safe. Despite this for the price we paid, the location was good for where we wanted to go, the museums. Even if we had gone further into the city it stilll would have been good. The room was clean. We didn't expect a "Garden View" room, but to be in the basement was a little disappointing. It was good having a lift for 80% of our stay though. The hotel is ideally located and we would stay again

This ‘Hotel’ is more in keeping with a hostel in terms of accommodation, service and facilities. Obviously, its USP resides with its proximity to EC etc. Main observations: the one tiny person lift was not operational. If you like Leningrad accommodation this is for you - I shall not be returning.

Hotellet er ældre og slidt, men overall er det fint til prisen. Personalet er hjælpsomt og ikke mindst ligger det virkelig godt

Nice and clean, friendly staff.

Points positifs: la propreté est hors pair et l’emplacement est idéal. Les employés sont très gentils. Points négatifs: la salle de bain est extrêmement petite c’est ridicule. Les draps avaient une odeur de produits chimiques et la fenêtre ne se ferme pas correctement et de l’air froid rentrait dans la chambre. Il n’y a aucune insonorisation, on entend tous les voisins.

All was good but step to the bathroom was too high and toilet/shower area was too small but everything else great

It's okay for 1 night. Old building so sound insulation is almost non existent. Elevator only fits a single person with their bags. The room is the smallest I've ever seen, the "table" was maybe 15cm deep lol. Was fine and located close to 24/7 weekend subway line to the Hammersmith Apollo.

Pas de petit déjeuner. Isolation des chambres médiocre voir inexistante. Douche d'un autre temps avec des variations extrême de température. Bruit de la rue tres présent. Micro chambre . Matelas beaucoup trop mou. Télévision a l'ancienne sans internet avec 5 chaînes télé.

La stanza downstairs era per me troppo piccola e ho chiesto di cambiarla, il personale è stato molto gentile nell’accogliere la richiesta cambiandoci la camera, decisamente più confortevole della prima. Camera molto accogliente e pulita.
