It was good

Room was nice, all the staff were very nice. My windows didn’t close all the way and the heat wasn’t very strong, so it was very cold in my room constantly!

Tube and shops very close by, condition of the hotel could have been better and bathroom is very small, room we stayed should have been a double not a triple.

The room was clean and the stuff were friendly. The beds are a little bit old and wouldn’t need a little bit of getting used to. Apart from that good and it’s a very good location.

Excellent location. Only a couple minute walk to the Tube. Seems like a safe area. Quiet. Small boutique hotel with potential. Needs some upgrades but clean and staff very nice.

Room smelled terribly of sewage. Tried to message the support team and ask the front desk for help to no avail. It smelled awful all night and was unbearable.

Every thing was on the door step.

Comfortable stay, room ideal for my friend and I ‘s needs for a 2 night stay in London. Short walk from earl court’s tube station , quiet for sleeping. Room clean with lovely hot water in the shower. Although we did not have too much contact with the staff they were pleasant and friendly. We were happy with our stay, good value for money and we would stay here again, thank you , Jill and Kay from Birmingham.

The Hotel was a disappointment. It fell very short of the rating on Expedia. The room was a good size with a small toilet cubicle, bed, table , wardrobe/cabinet and chair. There wasn't any temperature control, unless you opened the window. It was poorly decorated & maintained. Lights were hanging off, scratches on the wall, broken woodwork. The appearance was worse when you took a closer look. The walls were spotted with dirt & marks. The door handles were ingrained with dirt and wear. The shower door was hanging off, the toilet roll holder fell off, the toilet seat was broken and not securely fixed. There wasn't a toilet brush (this seems to be common in hotels). The sheets appeared to be clean and this was the only reason I stayed 1 night but the bed was so uncomfortable that I chose not to stay for the 2nd night.

Room too hot, windows didn’t open. Decor needs renewing, last seen things like this in the 1960s. The mattress on the single bed needs replacing. It was too bouncy and felt like sleeping in a curved hammock. Could not lie flat!

The room was very clean and the hotel is in a good location. The room was ok but scruffy with lots of broken beading and poorly done repairs. If it was cheaper it would be fine but it was very expensive for the state of the room (feels more like a hostel).

The stay was OK. It was in a nice area that was a short walk to the train station. The facilities are kind of old, though. Could probably use a remodel. The water in the bathroom took a long time to get hot, and the shower took several minutes to drain. That needs to get checked out.

The room was single bed, not too big but really clean and confort. The lady at the front desk was simlpy perfect, I really recomand. The position is safe and nice and so close to the metro

On arrival at 9pm, I had to wait 30mins for anyone to arrive at reception to gain access to my room. There was no way to contact anyone to request they attend reception. My room was on the first floor, compact, but clean. However the radiator was on full blast all night with no way to change the temperature. This resulted in a terrible night's sleep and headache in the morning. Altho the window opened, this lead to a ledge/balcony that ran the length of the building so I didn't feel it was safe to leave open overnight as I was on the first floor.

The room was in the basement, very hot and didn’t feel safe. I came away with bites, from what looks like bed bugs. You could see through the bathroom door which was very small. Will not be staying there again

The size of the rook was not the greatest, but it accommodated our needs. A friendly staff member named Sofia was nice and her colleagues were friendly and nice. Quiet area as well

The room was nice and clean. The staff were courteous and friendly.

Room was tiny and best described as tired. Could not walk either side of bed. Tv was also tiny given room size and at least 20 years old. Location good ans staff friendly enough.

Room and bathroom were extremely small, staff was up talking and slamming doors all night long.

Room was clean but tired dated and basic - if you pay cheap you get cheap and that IS what we got . Wouldn't book this again. Even the breakfast area was unavailable
