Had a very comfortable stay. Bedroom was huge. Plenty of space. Breakfast was excellent. No complaints.

Room spotless. Car park great. Food lovely.

Room was good but shower door would not close. The magnetic strips would not hold the door to shut. Did report this on check out . Otherwise all good.

After call to the hotel I was told the room was in the middle of hotel near the lift, this was in correct after checkin. Also the sink press down plug was faulty and could not be fixed at night send could not be sorted next morning. We were offered a gesture of good and i am awaiting . The toast machine worked ok. There was no apples for breakfast. Gordon

Great variety of breakfast, all the staff were friendly and helpful. We were staying 3 nights and the rooms were cleaned and fresh towels provided each day.

Rooms showing some wear, handle fell off drawer, shower was slow to drain and leaked onto the floor of bathroom. Staff were great from what we saw. Breakfast was mayhem, not enough staff or forks. Very busy and slow to replenish stocks.

We liked the size, quietness and facilities of the bedroom.

Staff great - good greeting … room is large and well equipped no issues at all.

Great modern hotel with spacious and comfortable room. Pleasant and friendly staff. Food choice is basic and limited though if you want to stay for dinner.

The room was advertised at over 400 sq ft with a roll in shower. The room was half the size. The first person I raised with said it was correct and the room was indeed over 400 sq ft. Then when I raised it with expedia the hotel lied to them and said they had spotted the mistake and moved me - they had not. Then I spoke to the manager who assured me it was just a mistake on expedia and they would come back to me and make sure the listing was changed. A week and a half after my stay and raising all of this I have heard nothing of consequence back and the listings (just checked it) still states over 400 sq ft and a roll in shower (also not true)

From the moment I walked in I regret booking this place .The reviews from previous people were ok and I decided to book the place. For the very first time ever I felt unsafe and worried parking my car there at night .The staff were very nice but they had no presence around so sitting around the bar felt unsafe .We were approached by someone wearing a hoodie inside trying to sell us perfumes. The soundproofing in the room was shocking, kept wake by the footsteps of people above us ,we could hear them moving around . The breakfast was cheap stuff and with that sort of crowd I felt I was at McDonald's. Bad experience, felt relieved when I left the place
