The hotel’s location was excellent — directly opposite Newcastle Central Station and within an easy 10–12 minute walk of all the main attractions, which made getting around Newcastle incredibly convenient. The staff I interacted with were friendly and welcoming throughout my stay. However, I did overhear members of the kitchen team mentioning they were short staffed and very busy. They appeared quite under pressure, and I genuinely felt for them as they seemed to be working hard to keep everything running smoothly.

Very comfortable room, friendly and helpful staff and great location

Room was spacious with a nice area to work. Staff were super helfpul. My only negative would be the duvet was very thin so I slept in a jumper as was cold.

Room was very clean and spacious. Had an extra lock on the door, plenty of towels and a nice view. Tea tray was sparse, only one milk and one coffee sachet. The room door rattled a lot when a doorway in the corridor was used, as the double doors would slam really hard. The free breakfast was decent considering it's free, lots of options and nicely presented. Staff were very friendly and welcoming.

The check in process very quick and very friendly reception staff,the room was very clean and stylish,i particularly liked the security in the elevator,if you are not staying you cannot access the lift you need your room key in order to use lifts i found this very reassuring . Breakfast was excellent as were the staff, i would highly recommend this hotel and hope to stay again in the future

Nice room, very clean. Lots of sockets, which is a big plus. Bathroom was great and had the addition of face cloths, saved me from taking a wet one home! Tea, coffee etc, but no spoons or sticks to stir or remove tea bags, good job that I brought a teaspoon with me! Overall though it was all really lovely
