Beautiful hotel, clean and the staff were friendly. Only down side was the rooms were freezing and we couldnt put the heating on. If that was sorted it would have been 100%

Everything was perfect| The room was spotless, comfortable, and roomy (spacious)! Loved the vibe of the hotel and it is perfectly situated for the popular Liverpool attractions.

The room was freezing. Heating not working. I had to ask twice before I eventually got a very inadequate throw that didn’t really make much difference whilst sleeping. Consequently bathroom freezing. Room on main road which was extremely noisy. After all nightlife had gone, the city cleaners came to life at 4am. So all in all not great for sleeping or peaceful night. However staff were friendly and the location is super, right in the town centre. So I guess it’s weighing up your needs for your personal visit. I wouldn’t choose this hotel again.

We have stayed at the Hard Day's Night several times, partly because of the quality of the hotel and also because of its convenient location. The hotel is clean and well presented, but on this occasion the room was disappointing, breakfast average at best. I also had a very disturbed night due to intermittent loud beats which were still going after 8 am.

Staff were very friendly and informative - room was fab x great stay and can't wait to go back 👍👍

Obviously upgraded us, so good surprise. Ideal location for cavern event. Very spacious clean room. Staff very helpful and courteous

Really nice hotel unfortunately the heating wasn’t working so had to ask for a heater There was a lot of noise from the near by venues But had a nice time the chicken dinner was amazing 😁

John in the bar is a fantastic barman and makes everyone feel welcome

The room was freezing we went to bed wearing our coats because the hearing didn’t work (Room 102).

Didn’t have breakfast so can’t comment on that. The room was a decent size, nice comfortable bed. Check in/out was friendly and efficient.

Clean modern room the reception staff are exceptional the two ladies who checked us in and the lovely friendly man on the desk who checked us out all so pleasant and always gave us a greeting

They always say it’s about location. Well that is so true for hard days night hotel. You are in the hub of every thing. Walkable to all sites, shoppers, restaurants and pubs. Staff wonderful. Rooms clean and fresh. A very fun bar to enjoy. Loved our stay, we will be back .

One staff during check in time, big queue and taking a while to get people checked in making the area very busy and loud when it is a small area anyway. No space to save bags. Rooms very noisy, tram running underground very loud rumbling all night and morning until they stopped. Lots of noise in the room as it faced The Cavern Quarter and we could hear the singers word for word in the pub down the road. Pillows no comfy. Rooms and corridors very dark and quite old fashioned. The heating did not work, the room was like an ice box all night it was horrible, we were shivering all night.

The food presentation was substandard eggs were like rubber balls. Scrambled eggs were lumpy they should be creamy and cooked slowly The room was cold we asked for it to be refreshed and it wasn't. Reception staff were friendly and tried to help but the hotel itself had atmosphere
