櫃檯人員態度不佳、没服務熱誠、對話都不耐煩、酒店施工已經給房客帶來不方便、入門因施工地面不平、此飯店員工冷眼旁觀、我可是住了5天的客人、

Clean rooms, great facilities and perfect location.

bed bugs 😭! at midnight i noticed a bed bug crawling on the duvet, immediately jumped out of bed and saw multiple bed bugs on my pillow 😭 i ran to reception where the lady was so kind and understanding and apologised, she completely understood how freaked out i was and was equally concerned, she found me another room and asked if i needed anything. I slept in the new room, still a bit on edge but in the morning the front desk staff didn’t address it, and when i mentioned it i felt like i was being gaslit and i’d imagined the whole thing. I even showed a video and they told me “it could have been anything”. i didn’t feel great leaving the hotel because of this, if i didn’t have a video i would have thought id gone into psychosis and imagined the whole thing. i know that bed bugs can easily turn up in any hotel, but it didn’t feel like they even believed me. just hoping i didn’t bring an infestation home!! such a shame because it’s a beautiful hotel!

Very rude staff. Tried to take extra charges on check in. Totaly unexpected doesnt live up to the hilton brand. Breakfast was horrbile chef was crap no salt in none of the food eggs where cold my granny can do better and shes 97! Room was ok dirty walls but what can you do. Dont even deserve 1 star

Staff all very helpful very clean. Couldn’t get the heating to turn up and no extra blanket in room so did get a little cold.

I didn't have breakfast. The bedroom was very cold despite my attempts to make it warm.

Sky Lounge closed. Room cold. Little light and poor view unless you book a suite. Poor value for money

Poor quality food at breakfast, lovely restaurant space and great staff, but food quality let the experience down. Room was lovely, great bed, clean but very tired already.

Lovely hotel

The rooms were comfortable and a good size. The bathroom had good amenities. The staff were friendly. I was disappointed there weren't more gluten free options at breakfast. The pool was quite heavily chlorinated and I ended up having a skin reaction that I only get when a pool has too much chlorine in.

Coffee queues long at breakfast

Shower is limited in heat setting, and max temp is the wrong side of warm. The shower head is a water saving head so you’ll end up feeling cold whilst showering.

Ventilation in room and esp. bathrooom was poor. Water pressure in shower inadequate on 7th floor - adequate on 3rd floor.
