Terrible service

Large comfortable room, decent bed. Nice white fluffy towels. Room serviced whilst we were out. Fridge in room with a couple of water bottles on first day, no further water when room serviced. Fridge is v convenient especially in summer hot weather. Dog bed, water bowl & poo bag delivered to room before we arrived but we didn’t need as we had own supplies. I think the pet charge is steeper than other places we have stayed at £25 pn but guess that’s for extra cleaning. Would hv preferred walk in shower due to mobility as side of bath a bit high at our age. Nearby parking was v convenient & paid for with our room bill tied to our car reg. Wasn’t offered help with bags on arrival despite obvious difficulties. Was pointed in direction of luggage trolley where I only had one hand free to use. Checking out was a straightforward easy procedure. Hotel is a short walk to beach but as we had our dog with us we drove instead about 15 mins to Hengistbury Head which is very dog friendly in summer months with lovely beach access to the sea & a nearby cafe.

Everything was well maintained and the staff friendly. We have the Junior Suite which was perfect in the extremely hot weather - as was the air conditioning. Secure parking worked well but their EV charging points are all untethered so don't forget to bring a cable.

Wonderful air con, beautifully climate controlled. Massive room, very clean and soundproof. The staff were very helpful. Highly recommended.

Hilton where you get exactly what you pay for. Perfect!

Great breakfast choices. Room was okay, bed was too hard and creeky, shower heads not that great. Could do with an outside area to sit and have a drink.

Nice hotel, no hot tub, kids use the small pool for swim lessons. Steam and sauna good. Staff great and helpful. 8th floor bar needs some work. No atmosphere and balcony area seems neglected. Other areas really nice.

AC worked on the hottest day of the year. The staff was super helpful. They comped our parking due to long check in lines. Fab location. Would definitely stay here again.

Have stayed at the Hilton once before and recommend it if you’re visiting Bournemouth. Location is ideal within walking distance of shops and restaurants.

The staff were very helpful. The hotel was nice and so its amenities like the pool, sauna, and steam room. They were very well maintained. The view of the town from our room was amazing, I just wished the door to the balcony could be opened. The room was very well equipped with everything that one will need during their stay and it was a plus that they have in-room breakfast service option if you don’t want to come down.

Wonderful clean , modern hotel with great facilities and great location for beach and shops and restaurants . Wouldn’t hesitate to book again .

Staff on front desk need more training. It would have been good if they had actually asked if we enjoyed our stay

The staff were fantastic, the room clean and spacious and the spa was small but nice. The restaurant was a disappointment. Understaffed resulting in long delays getting food and long queues getting seated at breakfast.

Great. And we spotted Injection!

Hotel is great but there is not enough staff woring at the reception an in the morning/breakfast time at the restaurant there is also not enough staff working which is bit hectic. There are 4 desks at the reception and only 1 or sometimes 2 receptionist are serving customers which make us wait for long. Restaurant is nice. Breakfast time -English basic breakfast is served but lunch time dinner has more to offer. Gym/Spa is very nice and walkig distance to the beach is also great.

Really conveniently located with excellent spa, sauna and pool facilities. Most of the attractions were walking distance of the hotel with lots of choice of places to eat. Lovely breakfast. Would go back again 😊
