Terrible service

The staff were fantastic, the room clean and spacious and the spa was small but nice. The restaurant was a disappointment. Understaffed resulting in long delays getting food and long queues getting seated at breakfast.

Great. And we spotted Injection!

Hotel is great but there is not enough staff woring at the reception an in the morning/breakfast time at the restaurant there is also not enough staff working which is bit hectic. There are 4 desks at the reception and only 1 or sometimes 2 receptionist are serving customers which make us wait for long. Restaurant is nice. Breakfast time -English basic breakfast is served but lunch time dinner has more to offer. Gym/Spa is very nice and walkig distance to the beach is also great.

Really conveniently located with excellent spa, sauna and pool facilities. Most of the attractions were walking distance of the hotel with lots of choice of places to eat. Lovely breakfast. Would go back again 😊

Great trip, lovely staff.

Clean room, sky bar has closed which we didn’t realise ( our fault for not checking ) Breakfast was a disaster, hotel couldn’t cope with the number of people, ran out of fruit and other breakfast items, food items that were there were poor ….. terrible orange juice ….. we gave up and ate breakfast outside the hotel. Staff were helpful and apologetic, but for a major chain that charges premium rates for its rooms the planning was clearly very poor. We wouldn’t stay again.

Very easy check in nice room

I only stayed 2 nights but every time I visit Bournemouth in the future I certainly will stay at the Hilton. From the moment of arrival to leaving the staff were all very pleasant, always willing to help. Great tasting food. The room a standard room was really nice. Good size and very clean. A very pleasant stay, highly recommend

Great hotel and location opposite the bh2 centre for food places and parking is next door and very secure with code entry even for pedestrians

The bedroom was spacious and clean, as was the bathroom. The parking was convenient and felt safe. Breakfast was varied and good quality. we used the pool and sauna and steam. All in good working condition, although the sauna could do with a deep clean between the wooden slats and underneath the benches. We also enjoyed wonderful treatments in a spa. The therapists really were great.

The hotel looks quite sophisticated. The room was spacious and very pleasantly decorated. The staff were very nice and also friendly. We had a nice time in the pool and the spa. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious. All together, it was a fantastic experience.

Breakfast was very busy due to a trade union conference and options were limited. Also we were charge extra for coffee on the first day and told on the second day it was free.

A very well used hotel not as special as I had expected. The air conditioning didn’t work in the room and no windows that open. The windows were not kept clean and hadn’t been for a long time which was very evident in the dining and reception area. The swimming pool was not clean be it the end of day when we went into the pool. There was a considerable amount of hair and fluff floating and the changing area was not kept clean. Floors were wet and clumps of hair in numerous places. Thus I didn’t return to the swimming area. Breakfasts were not good. Eggs were over cooked and bacon too hard to eat. Not enough variety.

Amazing stay as expected

Really nice hotel in great location. Stayed for a couple of nights with my husband and two daughters. We all really liked the hotel and made use of the gym and swimming pool. Great for families. Very clean, polite and friendly staff and all a short walk into Bournemouth centre. Also excellent breakfast.

One of the worst Hilton hotels I have ever stayed in. The swimming pool was in a very poor condition — the water was visibly dirty, with dust and hair floating on the surface, which was extremely off-putting. The room itself lacked basic amenities, including a bathrobe and slippers. When I requested these, I was told that none were available due to the hotel being busy, which is simply unacceptable for a Hilton property. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience and far below the standards I would expect.

Bed was creaky, curtain was ripped & there was a stain on the picture in the bathroom. Other than those minor points, it was great.
