Hilton Bournemouth

Clean rooms and staff were very helpful. The spa and bar were lovely. The only thing was that the level 8 sky bar was not open, even though I was told that it was open on a Friday, we were looking forward to it. Also although there was a slice of moldy bread found, the supervisor was very apologetic and removed the container which it was in. Our stay was very nice.

Room was dirty, there was food on the net curtains. Two light bulbs gone.. had the feel of uncared for. The cooked Breakfast was cold every morning during the 3 times used. For the money your paying for the room, I get better experience from a a travel lodge!

The staff was wonderful and the hotel itself is clean and well appointed.

I paid £45 to park my car for one night. I paid the hotel £15 but then had to pay £25 to get out of the car park.

Reception desk was fair but not particularly friendly room was large with easy access shower as requested. Bed comfortable with a scruffy looking bobbled wool bed drape food and service in restaurant good I used swimming pool twice a day amazing. Staff friendly and helpful in this area. In total I was expecting a more polished feel to my stay In keeping with the name Hilton.

Hotel furnishings a little tired in areas. Good location, but car park up very steep incline, lots of steps so probably difficult for some to access. Breakfast very average. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Positioned with a nogjtc

I enjoyed the pool suna and steam room. Also enjoyed that the hotel was a short walk to the main shops and beach.

Hotel was convenient for the beach and shops - the pool was not very clean, breakfast was good, as was the family room I booked. Spacious with good facilities. Reception was sometimes a long wait, with only one person on most of the time. We had booked dinner which good, would have been good to have 'specials' on the dinner menu. Overall, good stay

Please try and clean the cutlery- Every cup I picked up needed cleaning.

Fantastic location in the centre

Poor sofa bed, hair conditioner was not replenished for new guest and lack of hotel information in room or easy accessible. Staff seem over worked and not at all welcoming.

This is our second visit this year. Love the bed and having a balcony view our dog loves the hotel also. Car park is really secure and after checking out we could leave our car for a bit extra charge to visit the beach. Our meal was really good Staff at the hotel are all excellent they make you feel special. Definitely going back

Excellemt location, walking distance to the square and pier and various bus routes. Excellent breakfast as well.

Excellent hotel just a bit understaffed. There was quite a lot of queueing to check in and for breakfast.

Good Hotel great location for the beach with Restaurants close by. Poor is excellent 25 metres in length. Room very comfortable with a sea view too.

The staff were amazing — from the reception to the restaurant team. They were very helpful and accommodating to our requests, such as early check-ins and preparing lunch for our son before we went home. The overall team were brilliant, and I cannot praise them enough for their excellent service. However, regarding the room: my family did not get enough sleep due to the poor quality of the bed and, most especially, the pillows. The pillows were worn out, had brown stains, and were of very poor quality. Thankfully, I always bring extra pillowcases to cover them. Unfortunately, the bed was equally uncomfortable, and we woke up with backaches. The cleanliness of the room was also disappointing compared to other hotels we have stayed in. The standard did not meet our expectations, especially considering the price per night. I hope Hilton management makes an effort to improve room quality and cleanliness to match the rates they charge. Would we choose to stay at the Hilton again? Our answer is No. The price did not reflect the standard we expected, particularly when it comes to cleanliness.
