Nice place ,comfortable room

Very friendly staff, who could recommend places of interest to you.

酒店很舒适也很暖和，除了房间有点小之外，其它一切都很好。虽然小但设置非常完善。酒店离市中心大概走路10分钟的样子，走6分钟左右能看到一个便利店。个人觉得很不错，一个人住很合适

Room was super and staff amazing

It was our 5th Christmas staying there. Staff are great, rooms are great, location is great. Lovely 10min walk to town for food and shops. Can park mostly easily and only £15 for the day/night. Best tradition of ours at Christmas.

Lovely room and breakfast

Lovely guest house close to York city centre. Breakfast was excellent and the staff were very friendly. Our room was exceptionally clean. Would stay again but would opt for a larger double room.

The internal decorations throughout the hotel really stand out and puts a smile on your face. Our room was beautifully decorated. The breakfast was nice traditional English. Parking on site was great and the walk into York was so easy. Everything great and so nice to say nothing to fault.

We were staying in the Rowntree suite -4 poster bed- so comfortable, a wing back chair and a balcony with 2 chairs and table. There was a flame effect fire which made the room toasty. Much appreciated as we had snow at times and it was freezing outside- but we were beautifully warm. The bathroom was excellent-really warm and spacious.

The room was lovely clean,staff were excellent no job too much, breakfast lovely lots of choice.

First visit to York; we stayed at Clementine's for two nights. We were able to check in hours before the official check in time of 4pm which was great. Our room was immaculate. The decor of the guest house is amazing, every room is just exquisite! Every need is catered for and the staff are friendly and helpful. The location of guest house is really convenient too, it's an approximate 10 min walk to the shops/City Walls. We've had that best time in York and our stay at Clementine's was part of the experience! We wouldn't hesitate to book again for a return visit. The only thing we can't comment on is the breakfast, as we didn't book it. But if we had wanted breakfast, that could have been arranged for us.

Beautiful large, comfortable room, excellent staff and a really good quality breakfast

We loved our room and the style of the guest house. The location was easily walkable into the city center. We extended our stay a night because we liked it so much!

The staff were lovely and very accommodating. Upon arrival we were advised there would be an additional £15 a day charge for parking in the car park. The window in our room was rattling and kept us up most of the night. It's a well designed and lovely hotel but i would not say worth the money. Especially with the addional breakfast and parking fees which you would expect to be included when youre paying so much for your stay.

Excellent efficient members of staff . Quirky guest house lots to see and talk about. Breakfast delicious. Spotlessly clean. Thoroughly enjoyed the experience
