Friendly staff. Literally right next to the Shepherds Bush Market ( both the market & the tube stop)
It’s a little noisy with the window open but you don’t come to London for peace & quiet!
Perfectly placed for our gig at the Shepherds Bush Empire.
Would stay again.

Unbelivably small, and low roof ceiling. I booked it for my friend and his son. They were shocked my utterly small room that cannot even lay down one luggage, then they requested to change a room. The staff charged them ￡50 or more(forgot the exact amount) per night, to change another small room that at least can extent a luggage. I did not know the extra charging fee when they left back. Shame. DO NOT recommend this hotel.

Size of room is very much smaller than that shown in the internet. Room at basement is noisy because of pumping. Draining at shower and washing basin not working. Towels dirty and smelly. Most outrageous is that hotel charges £2 for each piece of luggage left in concierge. I will definitely not visit this hotel anymore.
