Clean and neat service and very close to the station.

Decor plus bathroom amenities nothing like what is on the current website. When raised with staff, l was told that the website has not been updated. Therefore I assume the current photos were under previous owners/management and they have cut back. USB port behind the TV and not easy to get to TV was not 45 inches but much smaller Bathroom was more like a cloakroom It was a good size room, with a decent shower and fridge. Frosted windows so no natural light in the room I am disappointed and would rather it a 3* Hotel

Chambre très propre, personnel sympathique, localisation très bonne, près du métro. En revanche, salle de bain très petite, et on entend beaucoup les chambres voisines. Une personne du room service a brisé l’un de mes flacons de shampooing et l’a replacé comme si de rien n’était :(

Cons- Dirty, out dated, some staff members were rude. Loud - you can hear the train, people talking in their rooms and hallways. The place is literally next to the train station and shares an alley way with another building - random people walking behind you to walk through it. Neighborhood not the greatest at night - stores getting robbed, man throwing bottles to different parts of the streets and panhandlers. Pros- Price Accepts dogs Convenient to train station Good food in neighborhood - Turkish, Jamaican, Korean and Indian. Two cafes - safe and clean to enjoy great drinks and conversations Near Lidl and an 9 minute walk to a nice mall Quick walking distances to theaters I wouldn’t go back nor suggest to stay with young kids. This place serves for a quick stay with pets or as a group for safety purposes.

The only thing I would say there should be a bottle of water in the fridge for guests.

Overall stay was alright. Staff were friendly and helped me with the room key when it stopped working Upon entering room, I noticed the bathroom was missing a handle on the outside and the inside handle was barely hanging on. The air conditioning was also broken. Walls and ceiling aren’t very thick so you can hear people walking above you and people in rooms next to you

Værelset var noget mindre end forventet, men der var pænt og helt rent. Desværre var der konstant en grim lugt af surt afløb fra badeværelset. Og en del larm fra gaden, så hvis man er støj sart, skal man nok be om et værelse væk fra gaden. Sødt personale.

O lençol do quarto tinha manchas parecendo secreções antigas de outros hóspedes, não tem elevador para levar as malas, a trava interna da porta não funcionava, o aquecedor do teto não funcionava. As boas avaliações anteriores não são condizentes com a qualidade e nos pareceu que foram falsas. Sobre a equipe, não tivemos nenhum problema.

Very well located, 30 second walk from Shepherd’s Bush Market station. Nice check in. Functional room, small, small bathroom so limited space. Miniature bathroom sink meant water went all over the floor when doing anything. One bathroom towel had a hole in it. Tea & coffee in the room, tv and a safe and a fridge so well equipped but no iron. Nice to have a (very small) hotel bar to get a drink or crisps at reasonable prices but realistically nowhere to sit and enjoy it. No food or breakfast options but in that part of London, you don’t need it- so many options in the area. Dog friendly so would totally recommend.

Excellent find, right next door to Shepherds Bush Market train station, across the road from the market and a 3 minute walk from Shepherds Bush Empire (we were attending a gig). The hotel staff are friendly and helpful, the reception is manned throughout the night, there is a small bar We would definitely use this hotel again ( I would ask not to be allocated rm1 which backed onto a closed courtyard which housed extractor fans so the towels and our clothes when we left smelt of cooking fat) as it is perfectly situated in a vibrant part of the area, with everything you need. Excellent food at The Defectors Weld

The room was OK but for sure not for that price. One of the towels wasn't very clean and in good condition. There were some damages in the shower that for.. thstpprice...

Staff was kind, amenities we're fine. Just a drafty window, and my room was closest to the station so a tiny bit of "city noise" but honestly, I slept fine.

Not sure why but I want to give this place a positive revue! …There was a dripping leak in the pipes about my showe, which drips from above when I showered…Plus the pillows are horrible and have been for a decade…But otherwise a great, value place to stay near Westfield…Just bring your own pillow and earplugs.
