Dirty carpet n unstable hot shower water

The hotel has a great location, with many restaurants nearby. However, the bedding was disappointing. It was dirty and had bloodstains, indicating it hadn’t been changed. When I asked the front desk to replace it, they seemed doubtful, and even the new bedding was still dirty. A very frustrating experience.

The neighbourhood around the hotel is really nice. With lots of good restaurants and super market available. Access to central London is also fast via the metro district line.

這裡房間比較小，服務人員態度一般，離倫敦市中心地鐵大概要30～40分鐘，不過價錢平價，而且房間也算安靜舒服，離地鐵站走路大概10分鐘，附近很多商店餐廳，不喜歡的是入住時要先扣押金。設施方面，兩個電梯總有一個是壞的，不能使用。

雅潔、安靜。離地鐵站不遠，十分鐘步行之內。就是區份離倫敦市中心稍遠，要多往市倫敦市中心就較花時間車資。

Room was clean and comfortable. Staff were very helpful. Tv didn't work in the room, as I was only there for one night I want to bothered.

Room was clean but in a London hotel to feel like you're are being rationed for electricity is very odd. The room had only one single plug available in the whole room. This was by the door. Given the room was newly refurbished this is unacceptable. Yn No stickers by the desk or bed. Mystifying

Hotel was nice and the staff very good. The room was nice but multiple stains across the carpet floor.

Great breakfast

Very comfortable bed, nice sheets, spotless bathroom and tasty breakfast. I’ve stayed here several times and it never fails to please. All the staff are very friendly and helpful, including the manager, Tina, who went out of her way to make sure we had a good stay. I’ll definitely be back.

Rummet var rent och lagom stort. Frukosten var bra, rent och fräscht, ingen trängsel och trevlig personal. Området är lugnt med mycket restauranger och affärer

Firstly I have to say all the staff are amazing! From front desk to the ladies who clean the rooms, all amazingly happy and helpful!! I love everything about this property, I will for sure stay everytime I visit London brilliant locations, super clean, big rooms for London standards, and as I said, terrific staff !

Great hotel , reception staff were lovely and great source for directions to tube and surrounding area. Justin in the bar was great and made us feel very welcome

I stayed here for two nights with my sister recently to catch up with friends as I used to live in Ealing. It’s the first time I have stayed here but I’ll definitely be back. The staff were friendly and welcoming, the room very comfortable and clean and the location is excellent. It also has car parking for a small extra charge which is essential in the centre of Ealing.

Hotelli ei ole ihan uuden karhea, illalla lentomelua mutta yleisesti siisti. Aamiainen tarjoillaan viikonloppuna myöhempään joten jäi välistä

Room was big, carpets were very dirty.
