Lovely hotel, enjoyed my stay here, stayed for gig at Wembley stadium, easy to get to the stadium and parking at hotel for a charge, breakfast lovely and staff friendly. Lots of food places, bars and shops around the hotel.

Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Rooms that face street are less quiet. Stuff was friendly and polite. Breakfast for us was included. Menu was limited though. It is not easy to eat the same breakfast 4-5 mornings in a row. Eggs, bacon, sausage( one kind),beans and hush browns. Area seemed safe. Multiple options of dining out. Vietnamese, Greek, Caribbean, Indian, Pizza, Korean, Wings, Hamburgers to name a few, not to mention several pubs. 7 minutes walking to tube station. 30 minutes and you are in a center of London. All in all pleasant experience.

We arrived just before 2pm and couldn’t check in until 2:30pm maybe change the check in time everywhere is normally 4pm so by changing this would ensure rooms are ready. Bedroom was comfy and overall okay but the carpet was disgusting, not only had stains but just really dirty.

Fantastic location in the heart of Ealing. The hotel's presentation is exceptional and you're treated like a VIP (slightly off putting but it's well meaning!). The bedroom wasn't quite at the same standard though with some wear and tear and dated amenities - such as some strange non-standard plug sockets for the lamps, so you couldn't plug anything in by the bed. Also, I needed twin beds but the design of the room seemed set up for one double bed - a minor issue. Extra costs for checking in 2 hours early (even though the room was ready) and parking hiked up what started as a reasonable price.

I have stayed at Xanadu many times in the last 15 years. Although the hotel change ownership and the wonderful Chinese restaurant is no longer in operation, everything else remains well and good. Many staff came and gone in the 15 years, but the service standard remains excellent. Bed and bedroom are still larger than most hotels in London. And comfortable. I still get my hot chocolate and biscuits in the room. In the old days they provide Walker Scottish buttee biscuits. Now is English digestives. TV is now flat screen and much larger. A special thanks to the operations manager Ionela. A wonderful leader and manager who keeps everything tip top. Thanks also to staff like Kai who laughed a lot, George, Sang, etc. I wish i can remember their names. Such wonderful peoole. They are a real asset to the hotel.
