The hotel has a great location, with many restaurants nearby. However, the bedding was disappointing. It was dirty and had bloodstains, indicating it hadn’t been changed. When I asked the front desk to replace it, they seemed doubtful, and even the new bedding was still dirty. A very frustrating experience.

The neighbourhood around the hotel is really nice. With lots of good restaurants and super market available. Access to central London is also fast via the metro district line.

For claiming to be a boutique hotel, I'm left wondering what makes it so. I've stayed various times now but the value-price ratio is declining with each visit. The rooms are not equipped with anything that the ibis doesn't have and most inconvenient, there is only 1 UK power outlet unless one unplugs the TV (the lamps on the night stand have a non UK power outlet I've not seen before(?), no USB outlets either, which is increasingly becoming standard in all hotel rooms.
The staff always comes across as if they can't bother/ acting blasé and I don't feel being a valued client even after several stays. I am very disappointed in the lack of sustainability measures the hotel is taking e.g. offering a non-sensical explanation as to why the bathroom light is on 24/7 in the 'accessible room', the towels are changed every single day even if properly hung up.
I don't think I'll stay again tbh.

Perfectly acceptable hotel. Good value for price. Very clean, excellent staff, comfortable rooms and goid breakfast. Easy access to buses and tube for getting around. Would stay again.
