I liked that the hotel was close to the subway station, and the room was clean.

great location, hospitality but, mattress is disappointing

8박을 보냈는데, 런던 중심부에서 지하철로 이용하기 나쁘지 않아서 매일 일과 끝나고 집으로 돌아오는 느낌이었어요. 사실 런던에서 이렇게 모던하고 좋은 호텔 만나기 쉽지 않지요. 그래서 많은 기대 안했는데, 생각보다 모든게 좋았어요. 너무 짧은 일정이 아니라면 편히 머물 곳으로 추천합니다.

런던 시내에서 좀 떨어진거 빼곤 완벽했어요..south ealing역에서 내려서 65번버스타면 바로 호텔 앞에서 내려요~ 호텔이 지은지 얼마 안돼서 그런가 다 시설이 좋고 깨끗해요~ 근처에 큰 쇼핑몰 있고 식당가도 있어서 크게 불편하진 않았어요..그냥 시내랑 좀 거리가 있다는게 가장 안좋았죠

Room was well provisioned and quiet which was excellent.

I stay here 1-2 times each year. My first stay was in 2022. It is still a great place, clean but the interiors need a refresh. The staff are amazing across the board. The manager, the front desk, the dinning room and the cleaners. Everybody is engaged and exceptionally friendly and helpful. The staff are the real reason I will keep coming back. The location is excellent. You are close to central London without staying in central London. Excellent value for money. If you are tourist, Ealing may end up being your most genuine London experience.

A lovely welcome at reception and bar staff service on duty the evening of 3/4/26 excellent .

Excellent location great staff and room breakfast good

Great location, very helpful and friendly staff. Only downside was the streetlight right outside our room which lit the room overnight round the edges of the curtain! Also our room faced the street which meant being woken by the binmen at 4am on a Sunday morning!!

Great hotel

For claiming to be a boutique hotel, I'm left wondering what makes it so. I've stayed various times now but the value-price ratio is declining with each visit. The rooms are not equipped with anything that the ibis doesn't have and most inconvenient, there is only 1 UK power outlet unless one unplugs the TV (the lamps on the night stand have a non UK power outlet I've not seen before(?), no USB outlets either, which is increasingly becoming standard in all hotel rooms. The staff always comes across as if they can't bother/ acting blasé and I don't feel being a valued client even after several stays. I am very disappointed in the lack of sustainability measures the hotel is taking e.g. offering a non-sensical explanation as to why the bathroom light is on 24/7 in the 'accessible room', the towels are changed every single day even if properly hung up. I don't think I'll stay again tbh.

Wonderful staff, friendly and generous. Wonderful breakfast, great choice and service. Great dining area, complimentary wine very unexpected! Great location, great housekeeping service and front of house.

Perfectly acceptable hotel. Good value for price. Very clean, excellent staff, comfortable rooms and goid breakfast. Easy access to buses and tube for getting around. Would stay again.

Better than we expected. Friendly staff, and dog friendly, which is fantastic!

The room was lovely , clean and so quiet , great bed and pillows we slept really well . The housekeeping staff had made the room clean and everything we needed . Great stay thank you
